This week, students across the city are beginning their Dallas Works internships! This marks the fifth year of my summer employment program that gives youth the opportunity to build new skills, gain meaningful experience, and take important steps toward a successful future—all while strengthening Dallas's economy. And here at the @CityOfDallas, we have interns gaining firsthand experience in local government and helping deliver the services Dallas residents depend on every day.
