Grateful is the best word to describe this season. 🙏🏾
19.52 PB and WL in the 200m.
Three Diamond League wins. 💎💎💎
Diamond League Champion.🏆
Ultimate Champion 100m & 200m🏆🏆
World No. 1 in the 200m.
World No. 2 in the 100m.
For the first time in my pro career, I was able to compete for an entire year healthy and injury free. There were difficult years that tested my body, my patience and my belief. I kept working, even when the results didn’t reflect the effort. This season was a reminder of what’s possible when everything comes together.
To my team: thank you for believing in me, caring for my body and keeping me prepared, focused and confident through every high and low. To everyone who supported me, encouraged me and showed me love throughout this journey: I felt it every step of the way 🙏🏾
The journey is far from over, and I’m more motivated than ever for what comes next. See you in 2027. 🥋

Christian Coleman changing camps at the end of the 2024 season and not doing Indoors has definitely messed with his career. Normally doing Indoors normally sees him making Outdoor teams. He has missed the Top Three at the USAs for three consecutive seasons for a World Recordholder is quite concerning.

Pure joy.
People see the fun activities.
What they don’t always see is all the development happening underneath.
Reaction.
Coordination.
Balance.
Body control.
Spatial awareness.
Decision-making.
Speed.
Agility.
Confidence.
The kids just think they’re playing.
And that’s the point.

There are consistent themes among the bests
To name a few
Positive attitudes
High work ethics
Work/life balance
Competitive mindsets
Consistent effort
I challenge athletes to do the things that don’t require talent
Having a good attitude, giving best efforts, and paying attention doesn’t require talent. It requires buy in and effort
