I sincerely doubt there is any study where the investigators have entered these 57k+ units, or even a representative sample of them, assessed what it would require to make them legally rentable, & published data on the topic. Absent that, I believe it fair to assume that if…

Crazy how quickly these Shedeur “fans” go from Stefanski being the villain to Monken being the savior to Monken being the villain. The sad thing is they’re likely to accelerate his departure from the league. Teams don’t want to deal with this crap.
He was man's 5th round pick, God knows whete he should have been. All involved will pay sooner or later. @CoachToddMonken is a puppet, he knows Shedeur was better in preseason than Watson. The truth will come out. You can only get by doing wrong for a time, then the truth will come out. There is no right way to do wrong. Galatians 6:7 Psalm 37:1

Nothing selective. Shedeur’s reps were based on his depth chart position all yr. He got 1st team reps from Week 12 on. Your argument might be better if Shedeur wasn’t worse later while getting the reps. Teams get more banged up as the year progresses. That includes opposing Ds.

You’re also trying to discount Shedeur’s struggles playing with slightly lesser talent against slightly lesser talent last year while discounting Gabriel’s success when the roles were flipped in this preseason. It can’t be both ways.
I watched. I’m a Browns fan. The game made it look even worse.
You looking at stats and not watching the game,

Shedeur threw for 157 with 1 TD & 2 picks in a LOSS vs Buffalo. Vs Cincinnati he completed just 11 of 22 for 111 yds vs a Bengals D that hadn’t been able to slow anyone down all year. Cleveland was only in the game bc the D handed the O 17 of 20 points.
He outplayed Josh Allen And he beat a Steelers team that needed the win for playoffs and he beat Joe burrow with a game winning drive and nobody else threw for 300 against titans…

You’re touting a single game where he produced soft stats in a loss vs a 3-14 team that was playing off receivers while playing with a lead? What did he do vs teams that didn’t have the league’s worst record?

You’re talking about guys with strong track records of success or, in the case of Lock, competence. Shedeur’s body of work doesn’t compare to this point.
Updated Tracker Remember everybody getting the Shedeur treatment meaning everybody will be graded on same scale

Shedeur Sanders was also last in the NFL among qualifiers in the traditional QB rating among QBs with 200 attempts, sitting at 68.1 with JJ McCarthy next worst at 72.6. Dillon Gabriel was at 80.8. pro-football-reference.com/y…
Shedeur Sanders had an 18.9 QBR in 2025. Worst in the NFL, as many people like to point out. What’s funny is many people don’t even know what QBR is. QBR is NOT the passer rating. Passer rating is the official NFL system that’s been tracked since 1973. QBR is ESPN’s metric to track quarterbacks, developed in 2011. And guess what? It’s not a good stat to measure actual QB performance. And here’s some proof: In 2025, Shedeur started his first-career game against the Raiders and won: - 11/20, 209 yards (10.5 avg) - 1 TD, 1 INT - 1 sack (3 yards lost) - Passer Rating = 87.3 - QBR = 8.6 🤯 In 2024, Dorian Thompson-Robinson started against the Bengals and lost: - 20/34, 157 yards (4.6 avg) - 0 TD, 2 INT - 5 sacks (32 yards lost) - Passer Rating = 45.8 - QBR = 17.1 🤔 Explain to me how DTR’s QBR could possibly be almost 9 points higher than Shedeur’s? Last year, JJ McCarthy started against the Bears: - 12/19, 89 yards (4.6 avg) - 0 TD, 2 INT - 5 sacks (35 yards lost) - Passer Rating = 34.2 - QBR = 13.6 🤬 So based on QBR, McCarthy’s fart-fest against the Bears was better than Shedeur’s game against the Raiders. QBR = not a real stat.

Pete is ignorant enough to think rent controls mean lower rents. Don’t be like Pete.
Replying to @felsonj
Parade of white guys are here to tell me and themselves that the thing holding down rents for millions of people is actually bad. 😂😂😂 Thankfully you all are very much in the minority of the voters, tho you accurately rep landlord’s opinions!

We shouldn’t have income-restricted housing.
Not really. Income-restricted housing is subsidized to be affordable for families of a given income. Changing the scope of “area” for measuring income w/o increasing subsidy just means that the “AMI” changes, but the amount of income need to afford the unit will not.

Are you ignorant or just plain incompetent?
Throughout my first term in the Council, I have stood with my colleagues in calling for no rent increases because even a modest increase can deepen instability for rent-stabilized tenants already navigating New York City’s affordability crisis. At this juncture, a rent freeze for rent-stabilized tenants is a responsible and necessary use of the tools available to city government. While this action does not replace the urgent need to build more housing, preserve affordable units, and hold negligent landlords accountable, it is a sensible, people-powered decision that recognizes the pressure New Yorkers are facing right now.

Clearly you’re not particularly familiar with the city.
It’s really hard to be a true BROWNS fan…I said what I said…if you don’t like it…move on…IT’S HARD TO LIKE CLEVELAND!!! It’s so negative and dismal…smh

So your argument is what exactly?
As in the university of Cincinnati, who quite literally did exactly that?????

Announcing policy without a way to deliver on that policy does not make you effective.
Once again, the most effective democratic politician is a fucking socialist and that is not a coincidence

If Providence elects this ignorant fool, God help them.
Tonight, the Providence City Council will be voting to OVERRIDE the Mayor’s veto on Rent Stabilization. I commend every Councilor working to cap rent increases in support of our neighbors. As our next Mayor, I’m committed to signing Rent Stabilization into law and enforcing it!

Ignorant AND stupid:
It’s just not possible for Dems to accommodate the Abundance folks, who seek deregulatory policies for their developer/investor clients. I’m all for a big tent, but up until the point that accommodation starts to undermine progressive messaging. And that message is that we need a muscular government to curb the excesses of unfettered markets, concentrated wealth, and the attendant political corruption (aka oligarchy). Besides, there’s already a political party that stands for small government, low taxation on wealth/income, and deregulation. Why can’t the Abundance folks just align naturally over there?

If what we saw last year wasn’t an aberration, then the expectation would be that Shedeur would struggle if given the opportunity to play.
Emory Hunt of CBS Sports predicts a big season for the Browns, backing Shedeur Sanders to win the starting job and lead Cleveland to potential double-digit wins. "I am of the mindset that Shedeur's going to win out this battle. He's going to start, and what we saw last year wasn't an aberration—it was a sign of things to come. He was 3-4 as a starter last year. He should've been 5-2. Now, you add all of that talent that they got in free agency and in the draft with a guy that has confidence and feeding off this positive energy, the Browns could win 10 games. All is well in Cleveland." (via @365sportsYT)

The ignorant have found their queen!
Proud to be the first candidate in NYC to call for a rent freeze. And a whole lot more.

If housing is a human right, why does this apparently deeply confused organization constantly push for policy that results in less housing availability, lower housing quality, higher market rents, and more homelessness?
