We’re officially on the battlefield. ⚡
Allin AI has been selected for the 2026 @TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 200, in the Fintech category.
This fall, we’ll be heading to @TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco, October 13–15.
We started Allin AI with a simple idea: Capital should flow like water. We build the pipes.
Companies deserve a relationship with capital that is direct, continuous, and informed. Allin AI keeps a living, verified picture of your business that investors can actually trust, tells you when the market is ready for you and when it isn't, and gives you a direct line to the capital that fits, at a fraction of what the old way costs.
We’re proud to see that idea recognised by TechCrunch.
This is a big one for us. And we’re just getting started.

2026 has been a banner year for IPO fundraising.
$129 billion raised. SpaceX alone raised $85.7 billion.
Yet the micro-cap market is moving in the opposite direction.
As of July 2026, just 13 micro-cap companies went public on Nasdaq and the NYSE. Nearly 80 had listed by the same point in 2025, per Bloomberg Law citing SEC filings.
The gap is not sentiment. It is regulation.
Nasdaq tightened listing standards and expanded its discretion to reject applications flagged for market manipulation concerns. Minimum public float requirements changed the economics of smaller IPOs overnight.
Of the 113 micro-cap IPOs on Nasdaq in 2025, 87 raised less than $15 million. Under today's rules, those deals would not qualify.
The path to going public got harder. The companies moving through it successfully knew that before they filed.
At @AllInAI_US we make sure small-cap public companies know what the market is actually asking for before they enter it.

San Francisco gave us a lot this week.
Unexpected conversations. Questions that sharpened our thinking. And the people behind the problems we are building to solve.
@TechCrunch Disrupt has a way of challenging your assumptions and making you see things differently.
We are heading into the weekend with full notebooks, new connections, and fresh ideas for what comes next.
To everyone who made this week special, thank you.
Happy Friday from the Allin AI team.

Congrats to Intero Biosystems, this year’s Startup Battlefield 200 victor!
They’re developing lab-grown tissue that mimics our digestive system, to study how drugs and compounds effect our bodies…before they effect our bodies.

That is a wrap on @TechCrunch Disrupt 2026.
Three days. San Francisco. Moscone West.
To every founder, investor, and operator who stopped by the Allin AI booth this week. Asked questions. Shared what is not working in their capital raises right now.
You are exactly who we built this for.
The conversations this week reminded us why the problem we are solving matters. Capital should not be this hard to access. The intelligence gap between small-cap public companies and the investors they need to reach is real. And it is fixable.
Thank you for showing up. We will see you next time!

We pitched at @TechCrunch Disrupt 2026!
10,000 founders and investors in the room.
The case we made was simple.
Investors walk into every capital negotiation knowing the market. Most small-cap public companies do not.
That gap is not a funding problem. It is an infrastructure problem.
The Capital Brain is the fix.
Thank you to everyone who came to hear us make the case.
Capital should flow like water. We are building the PIPEs!

Day two at @TechCrunch Disrupt 2026.
The conversations on this floor are moving fast.
Today’s Startup Battlefield features healthtech, life sciences, enterprise, and security startups pitching expert judges for a shot at $100,000 in equity-free funding.
All five Benchmark partners on stage. Nvidia talking robotics. 320 startups on the floor. And the question running through every conversation.
How do you build something that lasts beyond the AI wave? That is exactly the problem we built Allin AI to answer. In capital markets.
Come find us in the Expo Hall. One more day.

Next week we are at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 in San Francisco. October 13 to 15. Moscone West.
Allin AI was selected for the 2026 Startup Battlefield 200 under Fintech. One of 200 startups chosen from thousands of applications worldwide.
We will be on the floor showing what we built. An operating system for small-cap public companies that gives them the investor intelligence, deal benchmarks, and relationship infrastructure that has always lived on the other side of the capital markets table.
If you are attending, come find us. If you are a small-cap founder or executive who wants to see what we are building, DM us before the event.
Happy Friday from the Allin AI team.
The Nasdaq can hit a record while hundreds of listed companies are still struggling.
This week:
• Nasdaq reached a record high
• 206 Nasdaq-listed stocks hit new 52-week lows on the same day
• 57.5% of US small caps are down 20%+ since June 1
The headline index looks strong.
Underneath it, the market is much less comfortable.
For public companies, that distinction matters. Investors don't experience “the market.” They experience individual stocks.
That makes visibility, communication, and investor access increasingly important, especially for smaller companies.

Read your last press release.
If you were an institutional investor seeing it for the first time, what would you actually learn about the business?
Too many small-cap releases are technically correct but practically forgettable.
Every release is a chance to explain what happened, why it matters, and where the business is going.
Is yours doing that?
#SmallCap #InvestorRelations #CapitalMarkets #PublicCompanies
Small-cap companies are delivering strong earnings in 2026. Their stock prices are not reflecting it.
Russell 2000 EPS grew 19.5% in Q3 alone, per Royce Investment Partners.
That gap does not close by itself. It closes when investors understand the story behind the numbers.
The earnings call is the one moment every quarter when institutional investors are actually paying attention.
Most small-cap companies waste it.
Management reads the script. The call ends. Nobody walks away with a stronger view on the business.
The companies closing that gap treat the earnings call as a communication opportunity. They explain what the numbers mean and say what investors are thinking before they ask it.
Does your earnings call do that?
#SmallCap #CapitalMarkets #InvestorRelations #PublicCompanies #AllinAI
Most small-cap companies treat disclosure as a compliance exercise.
File what the SEC requires. Issue the press release. Check the box.
That is compliance. It is not communication.
Regulation FD prevents selective disclosure of material information. It does not require your disclosures to be clear, compelling, or useful to the investors reading them.
That part is up to you.
Every 10-Q, 8-K, and earnings release is another chance to help the market understand what you are building.
If investors still do not understand the story after reading your filings, the disclosure did its legal job. It did not do its investor relations job.
Wondering how your current investor communications are landing? Slide into our DMs.

First Friday of Q4.
Historically, the final quarter has been the strongest quarter of the year for U.S. stocks. BlackRock's latest Q4 outlook puts the average Q4 S&P 500 return at 4.9%.
For small-cap public companies, the opportunity is not simply waiting for the market to rise.
It's being ready when the right financing window opens.
Know your investors.
Know your comps.
Know your story.
Make the most of Q4.
Happy Friday from the Allin AI team.

Q4 starts with a reminder.
Oura postponed its $2.1 billion IPO yesterday. Second time in two weeks. Citing uncertainty in the market.
BlackRock calls Q4 historically the strongest quarter for US stocks. That tailwind is real.
So is what DFIN flagged this week. Capital in 2026 is concentrating around profitability, cash flow durability, and companies investors already understand.
For small-cap companies preparing a raise this quarter, the window matters.
So does knowing which investors are actually writing checks when you enter it.
Curious which investors in your space are actively deploying right now? Our DMs are open.

Reuters reported today that AI-related borrowing by low-rated firms has reached $88B this year, up from $20B in the first 11 months of 2025.
The interesting part isn't the number.
It's what investors are asking for:
Predictable revenue.
Long-term contracts.
Assets they can evaluate clearly.
Investors are still writing checks. They're just asking harder questions about what they're funding and why.
For small-cap public companies, the same principle matters when preparing a raise.
Know what investors are looking for before you sit down with them.
Curious which investors in your space are actually writing checks right now? Our DMs are open.

Nvidia just approved an additional $150B share buyback, bringing its remaining authorization to $235B through fiscal 2028.
Reuters reports the $150B increase exceeds the market cap of roughly 84% of S&P 500 companies, based on LSEG data.
The bigger question for public companies:
As mega-caps return more capital to shareholders while continuing to invest heavily in AI, where will institutional investors look for their next growth opportunities?
This is where understanding who is deploying capital, where, and why is becoming increasingly important.
