I did a little performance test that I thought of and gained interesting result . Got some feedback so Imma change up the post a bit xD Disclaimer: Other factors like number of layers/ warp deformers density were significantly amplified to test out the 2 methods. In practice the difference won't be as obvious. But it's necessary to keep in mind how to balance the 2 methods for the best result and convenience! For example, if you have to stack 10 deformers for physics, you should start considering flatten them 😉 Tldr: In test 1, its performance in vts is significantly better than 2 and 3, while its rigging file size is almost double the size. Test 2 and 3 have similar performance in vts tho test 3 has slightly bigger file size 🤔 How the test is carried out: - There will be a layer with rigged deformer on top. There are 2 parameters for movement. The deformer and Layer will be duplicated a big number of times , in this test i duplicated them 144 times. - Test 1: there will only be 1 deformer, I made this by rigging it with 2 deformer first, each with its own parameter movement, then flatten (ctrl+ shift delete) the top deformer so that the bottom one has 2 parameters. - Test 2: The 2 deformers are stacked to create the movements. The bottom deformer intrude out of the top deformer when it moves - Test 3: the 2 deformers are still stacked, but but the top deformer is big enough so that bottom deformer doesn't go outside. 📷 I have to rethink how i rig model from now on #live2d

This marks the 10 fullbody model that I have finished 🥳 since 2021. It feels kinda embarrassing to see so few fullbody models tbh 🥲.
