Sobering to visit the areas affected by the 2022 Tonga volcanic eruption. Small island states like Tonga are on the frontline but are also at the forefront of climate action. We stand with them & urge others to follow their lead to ensure a liveable planet for future generations

Half-measures will not prevent full climate breakdown. Today I urged the #G20 to demonstrate far more ambition on reducing emissions & supporting climate justice. We have one planet. Let’s save it.
