LHS Future Teachers Club, led by teacher & advisor Mrs. Angela Brooder, attended a Careers in Ed conference at @buffalostate. Students were excited to discover that the keynote speaker was Mrs. Alison Camp from @WilliamStreet14, adding a special connection to the day’s events.
Thank you @howie_hua for the idea of turning “Which One Doesn’t Belong?” questions into a “convince me” competition!! The arguments were outstanding and my 6th graders were so engaged!

Had my students fill out the true scale #multiplication table. Really helped them with a conceptual understanding of multiplication.
I gave them the template below, but #students could create from scratch.
