Here's the story: 2 months before FIFA 2026, he found a video of this screen online,
he thought: what if I try to sell these screens to the pubs?
He started asking different pub owners how they are planning to monetize upcoming football event?
Nothing special was heard: small TV screens, beer and chips, everyone sits inside
Instead he offered a better idea:
Install such screens on the outside glass, so people can also sit outside and watch football + everyone passing by will also stop to watch and most likely offer something
out of 67 pubs, 64 rejected him, 3 agreed
he ordered those screens, they arrived within 1 month, installed them and the results were shocking
pubs that would be half empty were overcrowded with people, many were standing, but still ordering beverages and drinks
so the pub who would have 30 people, had over 100 people
over 3x in revenue and each football game made each pub around $5,000
after the football ended, every bar tipped him well and he got more clients from other local businesses willing to install such screen
