For folks following my personal wiki journey, it's going extremely well. Every weekday I have a 15-minute podcast on the new stuff coming into the wiki (from X, Discord, Slack, Gmail, GitHub issues etc). This acts both as a "cool, new stuff" listen but also a vibe check on how well the stuff in the wiki reflects reality. I'm now building on-demand podcasts, so I can get a wiki deep-dive on a topic before I make a video on it. I have a custom CLI that agents can call from the wiki to investigate my course material/AI Hero posts. This is invaluable in them helping me flesh out my new course before filming. Overall, I had no idea how powerful owning your data could be. It's changing the way I think about my business going forward and opening up all sorts of loop possibilities.

3 months on, and my personal wiki has become critical infrastructure for my business. Hugely enriches my courses and makes "agents that run my business" actually viable. Very, very glad that I built this myself. Relying on a vendor for memory feels like a recipe for lock-in.

They built an AI agent in 20 minutes and sold it to Anthropic for $100k - and at Stanford showed how to repeat it from scratch: 02:00 - how to build your first agent with Opus 5 in 20 minutes 22:34 - one agent replaces an Anthropic engineering team worth $200k a year 49:47 - how to make $1.2M a year selling agents to Anthropic and Google after watching I spent 20 minutes in Claude Code - the agent replaced 10 Anthropic engineers and they paid $100k and asked for more. save & watch - the article below shows how to build an agent in Claude Code in 20 minutes and reach $1.2M a year.

Anthropic hired this engineer at $250K–$750K a year because he knows how to build harnesses for multi-agent systems In a 15-minute workshop, he shows exactly how to build one from scratch AI → Agents → Harness → Loops → Graphs step 1 → start with the Claude Agent SDK — the harness handles loops, context, and sandboxing step 2 → separate the brain from the hands — reasoning in one place, tools in a sandbox, 60% faster to first token step 3 → run it server-side and log every step — close your laptop and it keeps running, crashes resume from the log step 4 → make failure cheap — retry dead sandboxes and replay lost context instead of starting over step 5 → turn yesterday's logs into new memory and skills — the harness wakes up smarter Anthropic calls this "dreaming" Most people spend weeks building this by hand You don't have to Bookmark and watch it Then read the full Opus 5.5 harness engineering guide below ↓
Stop letting unfinished Opus 5.5 runs eat your budget Set up the harness before your next long task Save progress, verify results, reuse the workflow The full 7-layer setup below ↓

One of my friend makes $1.2 million a year as an Anthropic engineer. I asked him how he learned prompting so well. He sent me a video that was never supposed to get out. Their core team's prompting playbook. You won’t find anything better about prompting than this 30 minutes video. I watched it last night. Halfway through, I realized I've been using Claude completely wrong for two years. Watch it, then read the article below.

Andrej Karpathy spent 8 years working at OpenAI and Tesla Last week, he condensed everything he knows into one free 2-hour lecture People spend $15K on bootcamps that teach less than half of this You probably don't have 2 hours to watch it right now Just don't let it disappear in your feed Save it, watch it later, then read the guide below and build your first loop

I CAN'T F*CKING BELIEVE THIS, A DOG COIN DOUBLED AT 1AM AND CRASHED BY SUNRISE, MY GROK BOTS SOLD THE TOP WHILE I SLEPT, $100 IS NOW $75,796 night 11 of my $100 to $100,000 run with Jev + my Grok bots Jev picked Doge Pepe, a dog with a frog's face, 8 hours old, $1.17M at 10pm memecoins are internet jokes you can buy, nothing behind them but the price if you put $1,000 in at 10pm, by 1:25am you had $1,969 by 6:30am you had $936 my bots, same candles: → 10:30pm in at $1.23M, out at $1.58M, +$1,022 → 11:20pm a shelf broke, -$201 → 12:05am +$1,600 → 12:55am in at $1.37M, out at $2.31M, +$2,839 → 1:55am the second wave, +$1,007 → 5am, out five minutes before the last dump, +$655 the 1:25am log: bot: up 69%, keep riding? Jev: 84% sure the run is over bot: my rule says sell above 60% Jev: then sell i think selling while a coin is still going up is the hardest thing in trading, so i gave that job to a bot at 0:09 the bots start dancing under the screen, that's the sell at the top yes, my crawler gets fired out of a cannon at 0:00, i have no idea why honestly what scares me is how good $1,969 felt at 1am $100 → $2,197 → $23,879 → $75,796 $24,204 to go every question Jev asks before a buy or a sell, with the exact limits, is in my article quoted below ↓ free the exchange my bots trade on is my first reply, sign-up bonus included bookmark it, one day your coin doubles at 1am and you'll want this send this to that one friend who never sells a pump $100,000 this week or next?

Jane Street made $16 billion in a single quarter with a team smaller than an average school. And their entire edge is one process anyone can now repeat And it's not gut-feeling trading. It's a cold assembly line they've been running for years Here's how it actually works They take an idea and split the history in two. On the first part they build the strategy. The second stays sealed, the strategy never sees it Then they test it on exactly that sealed part. Falls apart, they throw it out. Survives, it's a real edge, not a fit to the past And here's why this is critical, something few understand Your brain sees patterns where there are none. You tweak the parameters, the curve finally turns beautiful, and you feel the thrill of winning. The same chemistry as a real win But you won nothing. You just kept iterating until one version got lucky Here's the proof. Give AI pure noise, where making money is impossible, and ask it for a strategy. It'll hand you a beautiful curve and even explain why it works A chart can be drawn on anything. That's why a beautiful backtest proves nothing And here's the main trap. The prettier the chart, the more you believe it. The more you believe, the more you bet So the strategy you love most takes the most money This whole cycle used to need a team of quants and millions. Now AI does it. You describe an idea in words, it writes the strategy and runs it through the sealed-data test itself I ran two legends through it, so I wouldn't take it on faith Time Series Momentum on Bitcoin: +1,537%. It survived on the sealed data. A real edge, not a fit Betting Against Beta, a textbook classic: on that same data it fell apart. Minus 7.78% a year while the market rose 14.86%. A corpse One held up, the other didn't. And without this step you'd never know which is which, until it took your deposit The whole process with both tests, and how to repeat it, is written up in the article below

But what if I constrain the agent? Put it in a straitjacket? 6. Oh, the results are pretty good now. How do I go deeper? 7. *Orders 12 software engineering books from Amazon* 8. Banger paper from CMU on harness learning. (bookmark it) Also, pay attention to this important new AI engineering skill of improving agents by editing their harness code instead of their weights. Seeing a huge shift towards this. The authors train a proposer model with RL to read a task, the current harness and an execution report, then write a code edit to the harness. The reward is the score of the revised harness. The solver model never changes. A trained 4B proposer beats its 35B teacher at single-step revision on Reasoning Gym, including task families it never saw in training. A proposer trained on HotpotQA keeps improving harnesses on MuSiQue and 2WikiMultihopQA. Paper: arxiv.org/abs/2609.35738 Chat with Paper: academy.dair.ai/papers/harne…
