October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Every Thursday in October, beginning tomorrow, wear your pink and jeans in honor of breast cancer survivors, those who are in the fight, and those whose lives were lost to the disease.

We’re proud to share that Alief ISD has been recognized as a Character Champion District by the NFL Foundation and Character Playbook! This recognition celebrates Alief ISD’s commitment to character development and whole-child education, helping students build skills in respect, empathy, resilience, healthy relationships, digital responsibility, and decision-making. We’re honored to be recognized among more than 100 Character Champion Districts nationwide and grateful to our educators, counselors, administrators, and staff who help students grow into confident, compassionate leaders. In Alief, we’re building stronger students, stronger schools, and stronger communities! #AliefProud #YouBelongHere #CharacterPlaybook
