The fun zone
🇩🇪 BERLIN, GERMANY
Berlin is an interesting case, since most of its embassies are relatively recent (following the post-reunification move of the capital from Bonn).
Notably, 23 of the 43 countries with a history of association with communism have their embassies in former East Berlin (53.5%). By comparison, only 31 of the other 112 countries do so (27.7%), so almost twice the proportion.
