I could easily spend 300–500 layers on a single piece in Substance Painter, only to never touch it again😭 Every color gets its own layer, and each layer can contain 2–4 additional layers or filters. its easier to use mouse with this setup #blender #vrchat #3DCG

here my past work to make silhoutte muppet like. i dont know how to make it work with VRM only. this only work with fov trick. even the eye is texture swap blinking while the second one it has 3 side better look since it use stencil with poiyomi and no fur. #vrc #VRM

i made similiar project stylized fur silhouette with bunch of flat mesh. its less polycount, but i cant really have shadow or outline with this setup. and i guess its only work with flat color #VRC運動部 #blender #vrchat #3DCG
