I’m no economist, but my current understanding is the layoffs we’re seeing in tech right now aren’t the “end” but a market correction. There’s no better time to shake things up and/or reevaluate your relationship with work and what you want out of life. It’s going to be ok.

A more creative way of living will allow us to make more diverse experiences, which is what makes us learn & grow. Rather than learning by climbing up the corporate ladder, we learn my working with different people, living in new environments and having more space to explore.

I LOVE this! Financial constraints and insecurity infused by our capitalistic system are what hold so many talented creators back from doing what they love, or building a career that's off the traditional path. So we need more of this 👏
We're very excited to announce the launch of a brand new thing from SuperHi called SuperHi Basic Income – an experiment to see if giving multiple people $1,000 a month will help accelerate their creative careers superhibasicincome.com/

We stick to small talk to avoid awkwardness, but deep talk is surprisingly enjoyable. 7 experiments: in deep conversations, we feel happier, more connected, and less uncomfortable than expected. A place to start: instead of asking people what they do, ask what they love to do.
