Every time Jimmy Carter flew Delta, he shook hands with each person on the plane. Because that's who he was. Someone who treated people as people.

🚨Coaches - Olivia is a dynamic, very athletic #ECNL W/F who had her offer pulled from Virginia Tech recently due to the upcoming roster limits. We highly recommend that any program that has room in their 2025 class reach out to her ASAP. Give the post a like to show her support, teammates hopefully can repost, and not sure people appreciate how difficult it is to post this publicly. Good luck finding a great new place to play college soccer!! 🍀

Unfortunately I have been impacted by the NCAA roster limits and I’m no longer committed to Virginia Tech. Although it’s hard, I am excited to reopen my recruiting and look forward to finding a new place to call home! @ImYouthSoccer @PrepSoccer @TheSoccerWire @TopDrawerSoccer

USWNT was granted class certification in its gender discrimination lawsuit against US Soccer today. The opinion is pretty rough on the federation's argument.

Glad see a judge grant the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team’s request to bring their equal pay lawsuit as a team. This ruling is an important step towards vindicating their rights to equal pay. I stand with our World Cup winning team in this fight. @USWNT

The judge overseeing the U.S. women’s national soccer team’s gender discrimination lawsuit against U.S. Soccer granted the players class status on Friday. It was an important victory for the team. Here's why: nyti.ms/36IPrsV

U.S. Women’s Soccer Team Granted Class Status in Equal Pay Lawsuit (Published 2019)

A federal judge rejected U.S. Soccer’s argument that no discrimination existed. Megan Rapinoe praised the decision as a validation of their campaign.

Love this from a friend who went to a HS game: after the game all players excitedly yelled to the stands “5th quarter” which was 10 min game of kids who dressed but didn’t play, starters cheered them on like it was the state final, parents stayed and stood.
