During your convention my dog got murdered by an unleashed bully breed fake service dog in the lobby of your Anchorage location. Immediate follow up needed: 1. I asked the staff who witnessed the attack about this problem as I didn’t want my children murdered or my other dog mauled and she assured me from now on that other dog would be leashed. 2. The person appears to be a known figure. She is known to your staff. The front desk who was present when the unleashed dog attacked my dog said they “never saw him do that before”. Perhaps that’s why he had free wandering privileges to the lobby. 3. Both myself AND ANIMAL CONTROL have been told the mysterious management figure who can provide the footage of this attack is not available at work on weekends.
