Just me that hopes City win every game?
Let them make a mockery of the league...then the Premier League might actually take action...
Really like this rotation.
Excited to see how Araujo and Jacquet do as a partnership.
Nyoni and Rio starting, good minutes for them!
Our team to take on LASK ✊ #UCL
ALT Starting line-up graphic to take on LASK: Alisson, Jacquet, Wirtz, Tsimikas, Barcola, Frimpong, Araujo, Gravenberch, Nyoni, Koumas, Ngumoha. Subs: Mamardashvili, Woodman, Gomez, Van Dijk, Kerkez, Mac Allister, Munoz, Chambers, McConnell, Danns, Sonni-Lambie, Lucky.
Man City is a sham of a football club.
The Premier League is a sham.
The officials are a sham.
Wirtz is also a sham. Terrible footballer. Playing with 10 every match...and down to 9 with the red.
He's awful. He needs dropping for the foreseeable.
All of football is a sham rn
Really happy with that. Alisson and the back 4, solid all game. Macca was brilliant. Szobo was a lot better on the ball. Gakpo brilliant assist. Isak good work rate and goal.
Nyoni brilliant coming on.
Wirtz / Gravenberch biggest problems in this squad.
Great win.
Nyoni has been tremendous since coming on. Defensively brilliant, but a calming influence on the ball as well.
So every time Wirtz plays a dire pass, gets muscled off the ball or fails a dribbles, it's because:
1) we don't have pacey enough wingers
2) we don't have two numbers 6s behind him
3) because he does so much running
Not because he is absolutely toilet?
He's crap. He's absolutely crap. No7 is dire.
Get on the phone to Bayern and get a deal done. The longer this goes on the messier it gets. Sell whilst he has some sort of stock.
McConnell, Koumas, Nyoni - well in!
Frimpong + Kerkez - best defensive shift since joining 💪
Araujo + Jacquet really are monsters at the back 🧱
Mama - great saves tonight. I'll ignore the corner...
Iraola, well in 🙌
Kerkez and Frimpong.
By far the best defensive performances from both. Lovely reaction from being dropped for Araujo!
That's the level of attitude and competition the squad needs. Perform or sit on the bench.
What. A. Goal.
Great finish Gakpo.
But the play before...beautiful! Well played Rio, McConnell, Koumas and Macca. Beautiful stuff.
I've watched the full clip.
1) Jay Bothroyd > Michael Owen.
2) It is worse the more you see them speak about it. Not ONCE did anyone in VAR think about Enzo's positioning.
Pro Ref, PGMOL...call it what you want. It needs scrapping. A full, clean sweep. Start again.

McConnell and Koumas - pressing monsters.
Great energy. Some really nice little passes behind by McConnell as well.
Love Iraola's trust in these players.
