Jeff Bezos says AI could let Americans support a family working just three days a week. He also predicts more single-income households, and even a labor shortage instead of mass job losses. Amazon has cut about 30,000 jobs since late 2025.

Revised Game Theory will drop this week. Nothing is co-incidentally it is all planned. Petrodollar has been replaced and now the Eurodollar is next.
IMO: This is how the game theory plays out - US military engagement in the Middle East fails to achieve rapid decisive victory - the Strait of Hormuz experiences extended operational disruption - oil prices spike - petrodollar recycling mechanism comes under stress - foreign central banks reduce US Treasury holdings - US borrowing costs rise - Fed responds with significant balance sheet expansion - global liquidity expands significantly - Bitcoin as the most sensitive asset to liquidity with a finite supply absorbs a disproportionate share of that impulse This is forced monetary expansion.

Elon Musk just casually revealed something absolutely massive: He plans to give company shares directly to the public Anthropic just announced a new "Public Benefit Fund" starting with 5% of its shares, held through an entity Anthropic wholly owns Combined with separate commitments from its founders and employees, roughly 20% of Anthropic's shares are being dedicated to the public good Elon's response cut straight through it: “I recommend giving the shares directly to the public” Then he went even further: “This is what I will be doing”

Secretary @SecScottBessent. Director @FBIDirectorKash. @HSBC paid $1.92 billion. No one went to jail. I was the whistleblower. 14 years later, @BankofAmerica admits it willfully broke the law, pays $1.2 billion, and no one goes to jail. 3.6 million Americans read my letter. You haven’t responded. So I’m asking on camera: who is going to be charged?

.@AnthropicAI should start a UBI program that gives $3 to every American every month! $1b in profits a month gets it done! If folks don't claim their $3 it rolls over to the people who do the next month... I bet only 10% of Americans claim their AUBI —- so it will quickly become $20-30 a month! I'm not kidding… @DarioAmodei give Americans a $36 a year dividend and you'll be the most loved company in America 😂😂😂

I hate qualifying arguments like this, but - everyone knows I am about as pro-Ukraine/anti-Russian as it gets. That regularly leads to friction between me and other Republicans, even ones who otherwise align 99%. With that said, whining from Europeans and the American left about America buying $1B in diesel fuel from Russia is so out of touch with reality. The EU has spent over $200B on Russian fuel and is on-track to buy hundreds of billions more. Most of that was purchased by wealthy EU members who can absolutely afford alternatives. xitter.cf/PalmerLuckey/status/20…
More than a "mistake". Former German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder killed nuclear, approved Nord Stream, then left to be chairman of Russian state-owned oil company Rosneft three weeks later. The Ukraine war is effectively a proxy war with Germany, which has sent far more money to Russia than Ukraine.

Which G7 country goes bankrupt first? Not Japan - they owe 204% debt to GDP but its all debt owned by Japanese institutions not foreign institutions so its safe. Who do you owe is important. Not the USA - they owe 126% debt to GDP and $1.4t in annual interest but they owe dollars and print dollars so they safe. The only way the US defaults is if they choose to. What currency you owe is important. Germany - half its debt is held by Germany but they use Euro and cant print however they have the highest EU bond rating and are a EU flight to safety. Canada - 111% debt to GDP, but lowest government debt - safe. Best books of the 7. UK - 5.4% to borrow highest of the G7 but clear. Italy - on the ropes - 138% debt to GDP Credit rating lower than France. Owe little to foreigners compared to France. Cant print Euros. France - the biggest risk of default of the G7 - 118% debt to GDP - owes 50% of debt to foreigners. Deficit is 5.4% of GDP. Pay 1.9% on old debt but 4.9% on new debts with massive refinancing due in 2026. Cant print Euros. High probability France will default. Now do you understand why there are “riots” in France? All societal issues are based on economic issues.

Ben Horowitz on the two skills that will matter more than ever before in an AI world: creativity and relationships. "I think those are things that are hard to get out of today's AI in a very good way. So if you don't have instincts around those things, I don't know if all the AI in the world could help you. Whereas the grind-them-out tasks, AI is already really good at." "Do you have original ideas? Can you establish and maintain very high quality, high fidelity relationships with people off the rip? I think people don't think about that enough." "One big advantage I think that we have is we really look for that. Many just ignore that whole thing, like it's not a thing... It's a thing." @bhorowitz w/ @Tocelot

I 100% agree with @elonmusk here. This is precisely why my family office and investment firm, @ApeironInvests, has been investing heavily in sports (for example $ENHA), entertainment, and hospitality for years: these are the industries that will help people make the most of their newly gained free time. As an added bonus, these assets are far more difficult - if not practically impossible - to disrupt at scale. There is only so much hotel capacity in iconic locations, only so many tickets to a given concert, and only so many seats at a major sporting event. While, like Elon, I believe the end state could be amazing for humanity, what concerns me is the transition. The loss of jobs - even if replaced by UBI - will shake us to our core. Work is more than just a source of income; it provides purpose, identity, and structure. Losing it on a massive scale will inevitably create fear and uncertainty. And humanity has never done particularly well when driven by fear. Read my thoughts here: xitter.cf/C_Angermayer/status/20…
ELON: "IN A BENIGN SCENARIO, NONE OF US WILL NEED A JOB" "In a benign scenario, probably none of us will have a job. But in that benign scenario, there will be a universal high income. Not universal basic income, universal high income. There will be no shortage of goods or services. And I think the benign scenario is the most likely scenario, probably, I don’t know, 80% likely in my opinion. The question will not be one of lacking goods or services. Everyone will have access to as much in the way of goods and services as they would like." Source: @elonmusk, @no_one_quits

A must-watch minute from @elonmusk predicting and explaining the causes for the destruction of France.
I keep going back to this interview as we watch France burn… The Far Left interviewer frame Elon and us as “Far Right” for being against exactly what is happening today. Elon’s every word was proven correct. Her view was proven wrong. The Media is the Enemy of the People.

Incentives drive outcomes
Incentives drive outcomes. If you pay NGOs based on the number of homeless people they manage, they will **never** decrease the number of homeless people. The data is very clear on this.

Elon just summed it up in three words: "Incentives drive outcomes." It might be the single most important sentence for understanding how the world works. And it explains something almost nobody dares to say out loud: most corrupt people didn't start out corrupt. Take someone honest. Kind. Someone who genuinely wants to do good. They join an NGO, a government agency, a big corporation, a political party. The first few months are fine. Then they notice the first small thing that's off. A number massaged for the annual report. A program that doesn't work but gets renewed because the budget depends on it. A colleague who lies in a meeting, and nobody calls it out. They say nothing. It's not that big a deal. They're new. They'll pick their battles. They move up. At every level, the compromise gets a little bigger. And at every level, what they stand to lose gets a little heavier. Status. Salary. A 30-year mortgage. A whole social circle built inside that world. A reputation. An identity. And one day, they face the real choice. There are only three options. Tell the truth, and destroy their career. Leave quietly, and rebuild everything from zero. Or look away, cover it up, and keep going. Guess what the vast majority choose. Not because they're bad people. Because the system made virtue ruinous and compromise comfortable. It works like a virus. It doesn't kill you all at once. It colonizes you slowly, one justification at a time. "Everyone does it." "If I leave, someone worse will take my place." "I'll change things from the inside." Ten years later, the sincere person who walked in is gone. And the worst part is they never even noticed. Look at this chart. Between 2013 and 2024, unsheltered homelessness in the US rose 41.7%. Over the same period, compensation at the 1,458 HUD-funded homeless NGOs rose 118%. The people working there aren't monsters. But if your funding depends on how many people you manage, solving the problem means sawing off the branch you're sitting on. This is exactly what Elon was rejecting when he told the people trying to bend him with their money to go fuck themselves. He's rejecting a world where looking virtuous matters more than being virtuous. Where you perform kindness in public and couldn't care less in private. Today, hypocrisy pays a premium. For decades, the left captured the institutions that hand out prestige: universities, media, NGOs, the bureaucracy. And it built a system that rewards saying the right things, not producing the right results. Where intentions matter more than impact. Where a failing program never gets cut, it gets refunded. A system like that mechanically manufactures hypocrites. Even out of sincere people. And it spills over everywhere. In business, politics, culture, we've taught an entire generation that to succeed, you have to be an asshole. Lie, manipulate, play the game. Not because that's human nature. Because that's what the rules reward. The good news: if incentives can create corruption, they can create virtue too. Pay NGOs for the number of people they get off the street, not the number they manage. Make lying cost more than telling the truth. Make sure the cheater gets crushed and the whistleblower gets protected. We're at a turning point. And for every law, every policy, every organization, every company we build, there's only one question that matters: Are the incentives we're creating pushing people to do good, or to do harm? Right now, the answer is obvious. Time to change it.
