We are in the before “ESIGN Act” ~pre 2000. Once legislation or a precedent setting decision is made deeming smart contracts as an enforceable foundation for legal instruments, we will see an absolute boom in legal SASS products.

I'm calling it now. The future of non contested probate matters will be #web3 will (smart contract) thats executed upon notification of death & would be 'always valid' according to law, therefore allowing the judge's docket to be reduced to only serving contested probate matters.
