This afternoon I was making kale chips (they are actually good) & as I was putting them in the oven, the whole pan tipped over & all of the kale & pan ended up face down in the bottom of the oven. Everything started smoking & apt is still smoky. In protest, I ate 3 cookies.

I woke up everyday this week thinking it was Friday. Now I can finally say:
