Thousands of Florida State University students, faculty, staff, and community members gathered on Friday at Langford Green in a powerful display of solidarity to remember the two lives lost and the six others injured in the shooting at the Student Union on Thursday.
The Gathering of Unity vigil provided a space for the FSU family to come together to offer support and comfort to one another in the wake of the tragedy.

"Up until 1978, it was a federal crime to manufacture beer.”
It seems preposterous now, but making beer in your garage was punishable by prison as recently as the late 1970s. A push by former President Jimmy Carter changed that and jump-started America's craft beer industry.
