Good luck to all those shortlisted tonight at the #CRNChannelAwards To get this far means you’re all winners. Good luck in the #Commscarecompetition and good luck in the awards !
Just had a great evening out at @RockAndBrews with the kids in Kissimmee, Demon Chicken was great. Excellent Atmosphere and service
Just ate a “Takis” stick, 100% sure it isn’t natural or has any nutritional value. Pretty sure it was covered with plastic, probably shouldn’t have eaten that either ….
Easy 3km this morning after the gym, feels good and wasn’t terrible. Upped the pace and hit 5m12s on the second Km. 😳
4.01km - similar time, but faster, first three breezed but the fourth felt very long. Need playlist not radio, too many ads. #toughmudder
3.2k this morning. Didn’t feel as bad. Constant pace. Need to push to 4km tomorrow I think #toughmudder
Cheeky 3k this morning, felt like running in treacle though. Oh well, try again tomorrow. #ToughMudder

Got a week off. So far spent 2 days fixing a server, one day sorting S3 buckets and image offload in AWS and been training 6 times. #NeedAHoliday
