My time at Phoenix Rising has come to an end. Some of you already know my work, and some of it can be seen here through my posts, but I’m also sharing my CV for anyone interested. The best proof of my work is what has been built along the way. At Phoenix Rising, I built and managed an 80-person scouting department, monitoring more than 25,000 players every week. Before that, at Dinamo Bucharest, I created the sporting department that exists today. I recruited people who were simply passionate about football, then educated and mentored them. Three years ago, they were volunteers. Today, former members of that project are the club’s Sporting Director, Head of Scouting, Head of Data, Head of Analysis, youth scouts, analysts, and members of both the academy and first-team staff. Around half of the 60 people who were part of that Dinamo department are now working professionally in football. Several coaches currently working in Romania’s top division were also developed through the same philosophy of education and mentorship during the courses I delivered at the Romanian Football Federation. Today, that sporting structure at Dinamo has become one of the most respected in Romanian football. The rest is in the CV. I don’t know yet what the next chapter will be, but I know what I can build, develop and bring to a football organisation. For more information, feel free to contact me.

I’ve decided to do another thread to share how I do a scouting report and how I take into account different contexts revolving around the player. INFORMATIVE THREAD🧵
