*A MESSAGE TO OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF TANZANIA*
Dear brothers and sisters,
Hon. Tundu Lissu our brother, father, son and uncle has become a symbol of Tanzania’s struggle for freedom, justice and democracy.
When fear tells others to retreat, he stands. When silence is safer, he speaks. When the weak need a voice, he lends them his own.
Tanzanians, remember this moment. Remember the faces, the names and the offices of those who wield power and those responsible for injustice today. History must keep a faithful record not for vengeance, but for accountability.
No power is eternal. Governments come and go, but the record of what we do with power remains. When the day of accountability comes, let it come through evidence, due process and the impartial rule of law. Let justice answer injustice not revenge.
And today, Tundu Lissu calls out to you and to the spirits of your forefathers and foremothers who shaped the land upon which you walk. Their strength surrounds him. Their courage guides him. For he stands for the future of Tanzania and the generations yet unborn.
Now is the time for unity.
Now is the time for your voices to be heard.
Let the world hear your solidarity. Let President Samia Suluhu Hassan, her government, and every observer know that those standing with Tundu Lissu remain unwavering, unbroken and unafraid.
From the hills and valleys to the lakes and plains of Tanzania, let the message echo:

This is a 17-place jump from Kimi-k2.6 (#18 -> #1).
In Frontend, Kimi-K3 ranked #1 in 6 of 7 domains: Brand & Marketing, Reference-Based Design, Data & Analytics, Consumer Product, Simulations, and Content Creation Tools, landing #2 only in Gaming behind Fable 5.
The full model weights will be released by July 27.

This is Segment Anything for #GaussianSplatting running on the web... but it comes with a caveat.
This is SplatEdit, a powerful #3DGS editing software built on top of SuperSplat.
Last week, it added a segmentation selection feature powered by Segment Anything, running locally in the browser. Just upload a splat, click on the "mug" icon and select entire objects in the scene.
The problem is that everything after the object is also selected (as you can see in the video).
To fix that, just use the brush tool to subtract the unwanted portion of the scene (hold CTRL while brushing).
I feel we are getting closer and closer to having more editing control on these amazing fuzzy clouds 😉
