COYG! @Arsenal
THE CHAMPIONS ARE BACK WHERE THEY BELONG. Three points clear and we’re not stopping. Arsenal have not won back-to-back English league titles for 92 years. Onto the next.

🚨🗣️ Ian Wright: When it’s Arsenal, the refereeing is always different! “How on earth was that a red card? Seriously, what are we doing here? The Fleetwood player tackles Max Dowman, Max barely reacts, and the referee immediately reaches for a red card. Unbelievable! We saw a similar incident last weekend in Chelsea vs Tottenham, when Cole Palmer reacted after a challenge, yet the referee didn’t send him off. So why is the standard suddenly different when it comes to Arsenal? I’m not saying Arsenal lost because of that decision, but it undoubtedly affected the game. That was never a red card in a million years! Sometimes, I genuinely feel Arsenal are officiated differently. If you’ve watched that incident and still believe Max Dowman deserved a straight red, then honestly, football is not for you. Young players deserve protection, and Arsenal deserve the same standard of refereeing as everyone else. Enough of these inconsistent decisions! #FLEARS

🚨 BREAKING: MICHAEL SALISBURY ISSUES PUBLIC APOLOGY TO ARSENAL FANS 😳💔 🗣️ Michael Salisbury: “Yesterday, I made a serious mistake. I wrongly sent off Max Dowman, a 17-year-old, during the match between Arsenal and Fleetwood Town. After reviewing the incident, I recognise that my decision was incorrect. I failed to see the full picture in the heat of the moment, and I take full responsibility for my actions. Max is only 17 years old, with a bright future ahead of him. I understand the disappointment this decision has caused him, his teammates, Arsenal Football Club, and millions of fans. It was never my intention to unfairly punish a young player, but I understand that intentions do not erase the consequences of my decisions. I sincerely apologise to Max Dowman, Arsenal, and everyone affected by my mistake. As a referee, I am expected to make the right decisions, and today, I fell short of that responsibility. I will learn from this experience and work to ensure such an error does not happen again. I am truly sorry.” — Michael Salisbury, Referee

🚨 Steven Gerrard on Declan Rice’s performance against Bayern Munich: “I was watching Declan Rice, and there was a moment in the second half that told me more about him than the goal did. Arsenal were 2-1 down, Bayern were beginning to look comfortable, and Declan had already spent most of the evening doing the difficult work. Covering spaces, tracking runners, protecting the defence, trying to get Arsenal playing. Then I noticed him pushing further forward. I remember saying to someone beside me, ‘Watch Dec now. He’s had enough of this.’ Because I recognised that feeling. Sometimes you’re playing in midfield, you’ve done everything the manager asked you to do, and you look at the scoreboard and realise you’re still losing. You can keep doing your job and hope somebody else changes the game, or you can decide you’re going to take a bit more responsibility. That’s what I saw from Declan. And the thing I admire is that he didn’t abandon his defensive responsibilities to do it. He was still covering ground, still reading danger, still making himself available. People don’t always appreciate how difficult that is. When you’ve spent 80 minutes chasing players like Harry Kane and trying to control Bayern’s midfield, your legs should be telling you to stay where you are. But Declan was arriving in attacking positions like he’d only just come onto the pitch. Then the opportunity comes, Gyokeres helps create the opening, and Rice finishes it. Brilliant goal. But for me, the goal was the reward for what he’d been doing all evening. I remember when he was at West Ham, people used to talk about the money Arsenal paid for him. Was he worth it? Could a defensive midfielder justify that fee? I always thought that was a strange way to judge him. You’re not just buying somebody to win tackles. You’re buying a player who can look around when things are going wrong and say, ‘Right, I’ll deal with this.’ You can’t put a simple price on that. And I know Arsenal didn’t win tonight. Declan will probably be the first person to remind everyone of that. Players like him don’t come off the pitch celebrating a draw just because they’ve scored. But if I’m an Arsenal supporter, I’m looking at that performance and thinking we’ve got somebody we can depend on when the game gets uncomfortable. That’s what separates very good midfielders from the ones you build a team around. Anybody can look confident when their team is winning. I want to see what you do when you’re losing, you’re exhausted, and there are 10 minutes left. Tonight, Declan Rice gave his answer.”

End of D-Day: Zetrix AI has breached a covenant. Zetrix AI Bhd (KL:ZETRIX) has breached a covenant under its RM2 billion sukuk at the end of trading today, October 22. In a Bursa Malaysia filing, the company said trustee Pacific Trustee Bhd would convene a meeting for its sukuk holders on Friday (Oct 23) to discuss the breach and a proposed resolution. No payment default had occurred as of Thursday. The breach was triggered by the shareholding of its managing director Wong Thean Soon, better known as TS Wong, which has fallen short. The covenant requires Wong to remain the company’s largest shareholder. However, margin calls on Wong’s share-backed financing facilities since late August had reduced his stake from nearly 30% to 1.841%, hence triggering the breach. theedgemalaysia.com/node/822… Will MOT get back the hundreds of million owed to JPJ any time soon? What's the future of government's IT/AI projects outsourced to Zetrix AI? Thus far, the Treasury director-general has self-imposed a total silence!
Thursday is D-Day for BN/PH's old darling... October 22: Zetrix AI Bhd (KL:ZETRIX) faces a deadline today to resolve a covenant breach that could trigger a payment default on its RM2 billion sukuk. The breach arose after managing director Wong Thean Soon ceased to be the largest shareholder following forced share sales, the company said in an Oct 16 reply to queries from Bursa Malaysia. His combined direct and indirect stake fell from nearly 30% to 1.895% as at Oct 15. Under Zetrix's RM2 billion sukuk wakalah programme, he is required to remain the largest shareholder. If the breach is not resolved by Thursday October 22 and - without a waiver - a dissolution event could be triggered, allowing the sukuk trustee to demand immediate repayment of all outstanding amounts. These comprise RM2 billion in principal and RM164.5 million in future coupon payments. Tick tick tick... theedgemalaysia.com/node/822…

𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗔 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 20 October 2026 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗭𝗘𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗫’𝗦 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗣𝗦𝗘 BERSAMA wishes to draw public attention to the financial crisis engulfing Zetrix AI Berhad (formerly MyEG Services Berhad), a company of significant public interest whose activities have major implications for national security. So far, discussion of Zetrix AI Berhad has largely been confined to investors on Bursa Malaysia following the sharp collapse in its share price. No Member of Parliament or political party has yet focused on the implications of Zetrix’s share price collapse for the public interest. According to Zetrix’s own financial reporting, its closing share price on 1 April 2026 was 75.5 sen. By 19 October 2026, its share price had fallen to 5 sen — a dramatic decline of 93.4% over six months, with the sharp sell-off beginning on 28 August 2026. Based on publicly accessible financial reports, the following public funds held shares in Zetrix: 𝗞𝗪𝗦𝗣 Number of Zetrix shares: 67,674,000 Information as at: 1 April 2026 𝗞𝗪𝗔𝗣 Number of Zetrix shares: 390,090,000 Information as at: 2 October 2025 𝗨𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗮𝗵 𝗦𝗱𝗻 𝗕𝗵𝗱 (𝗨𝗝𝗦𝗕) Number of Zetrix shares: 211,507,500 Information as at: 1 April 2026 The latest holdings of these public funds in Zetrix are unknown, as they will not be reported until Zetrix’s annual report for the 2026 financial year is finalised. Nevertheless, the holdings disclosed as at October 2025 and April 2026 show that these three public funds held a substantial number of shares. If these three public funds were still holding Zetrix shares when the sharp sell-off began on 28 August 2026, they may well have missed the opportunity to limit their losses and been left holding the shares until today. If that is the case, EPF, KWAP and UJSB face potential losses of RM472 million, based on a decline of 70.5 sen per share. The financial crisis involving Zetrix extends beyond losses to public funds alone. Over the past month, besides failing to remit RM314 million in government revenue collected on behalf of the Road Transport Department (JPJ), Zetrix has continued to face cash flow difficulties. The latest development is a breach of the terms of its RM2 billion sukuk issuance, which remains unresolved. It is publicly known that HeiTech Padu Berhad was awarded a contract worth RM1.05 billion to develop the National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe). When HeiTech Padu won this contract in 2024, its two largest shareholders were Rosetta Partners Sdn Bhd, jointly controlled by His Royal Highness the Sultan of Kelantan and Farhash Wafa Salvador, and Zetrix AI Berhad, previously known as MyEG Services Berhad. HeiTech Padu also announced that Zetrix was its technology partner and would jointly develop the technology used in NIISe. However, following the financial crisis engulfing Zetrix, the company sold its entire 16.9% stake in HeiTech Padu on 2 September 2026, raising questions about its role as a technology provider for the NIISe project. In light of these developments, I believe the Madani administration, particularly Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim as Minister of Finance, must stop remaining silent and hoping that this issue escapes public attention. As a champion of good governance, Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim carries the public’s high expectations that he will explain the following: 1. How many Zetrix shares were held by government-linked investment companies (GLICs), including EPF, KWAP and UJSB, and government-linked companies (GLCs), including Maybank, CIMB and others, on 1 April 2026? This disclosure is necessary to establish the extent of public fund exposure to Zetrix’s financial crisis. 2. How many shares remained held on 20 October 2026, and what losses have public funds incurred through these GLICs and GLCs as a result of the Zetrix crisis? How much consists of paper losses on shares still held, and how much consists of realised losses on shares sold between 1 April 2026 and 20 October 2026, measured against their original purchase costs? 3. Which company is providing the technology for NIISe following Zetrix’s disposal of its stake in HeiTech Padu, and what are the implications for the implementation of this national security project? Zetrix’s collapse lays bare the crony capitalism that continues to thrive under Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s administration. I will continue to pursue this matter until the public receives satisfactory answers and those involved are investigated, just as I pursued previous financial scandals involving public funds under the UMNO administration: 1MDB, Tabung Haji, FELDA, MARA and NFC.
