Just got this in the mail. Thanks to @dharrison54 for letting me participate in this project and LexisNexis for all their help. Please note, I will likely be insufferable at holiday parties this year. Govern yourselves accordingly (but please still invite me to holiday parties).
You'd think Bradword would have thought about this in the years he's sat on city council?
Mayoral candidate Brad Bradford says while events like the Toronto Waterfront Marathon are key to the identity of the city, they also highlight that the city needs to do a better job of coordinating events with major road closures. toronto.citynews.ca/2026/10/…

If 905ers don't like bike lanes and don't want to take the GO - simpler answer: don't live/work in Toronto. There are lots of other cities that have wide streets, lots of parking and no bike lanes. People/businesses move to Toronto BECAUSE of the density, transit and bike lanes.

Toronto Police requested a $93 million funding increase for 2026, which Olivia Chow and council approved, giving them $1.43 billion in total funding.
So, how exactly is she embracing lawlessness? Should she have insisted on giving police more than they asked for?

He'll at least be able to claim there was a democratic election held during his term.
“Supreme Intelligence,” probably because of its relationship to the Supreme Court, is losing badly to both “Superior” and “Extreme Intelligence.” Therefore, we are going to take “Supreme Intelligence” OUT, deleting it as a qualifier, and let you vote for the Final Two: Superior Intelligence, or Extreme Intelligence. A fresh Vote begins now! President DONALD J. TRUMP
The Line 2 train I'm on has had to hold at THREE different stations for crew changes. Is this really the better way?
I can't imagine what the risk disclosure section of the prospectus would look like.

This is absolutely awful, and the province was wrong to remove the speed cameras. But, removing the cameras was a high-level policy decision and immune from negligence claims thestar.com/news/gta/family-…

My child is in a split grade with almost 30 students, and a close family member spent much of the long weekend being treated in a hospital hallway. But do go on.
As students return to the classroom today, Ontario is adding nearly 20,000 student and child-care spaces in 35 new and expanded schools across Ontario.
We’re investing a record $30 billion to build and upgrade schools so students have the space they need to learn and succeed.
If only there were some way to enforce reasonable speeds in an efficient way... 🤔
As kids return to class this week, please slow down and stay alert around our schools.
Wishing our students, staff, and parents a safe and positive #BackToSchool.
Arrest for what? Breaking Canadian law? If so, it would be inappropriate for the government to demand a Crown attorney to take action against an individual.
