Well ok then, I'll bite.
@SemiAnalysis_ is once again full of crap.
"And here’s the truth for you: onepicture, >24GW of datacenters in advanced stage of construction, all to be delivered in 2027."
No your "platform" does not have accurate tracking, nor does it have a right interpretation of such.
E.G. Crusoe - Texas.
According to SemiAnalsysis, 1GW of the Childress "Hyper" Campus for $META, will be delivered in 2027.
What does the more accurate tracking show us?
Pic 1. Satellite image from 10/18, yes, that was yesterday.
Pic 2. Aerial image from 10/9, 1.5 weeks ago.
Clearly this is in very early stages of construction, they have 6 transformers in their bulk substation, but there is hardly any step-down infrastructure in place.
Lookign at the actual building foundations, this is absolutely not a 2027 story.
But why would you trust me? My last name isn't Patel, I'm no famous headphones wearing AI quant?
Maybe listen to the actual company itself?
Crusoe has 3 TDLR filings for Project Hyper, 3 separate buildings, which 3 separate completion date. February, April, and May of 2028.
I added building 1 as the 3rd image, to make it clear this will not be a 2027 deployment.
So, a picture with many data centers may look very impressive, but SemiAnalysis uses free satellite imagery for its paid subscribers, to then mislead them with wrong intel that could be sourched for absolutely free with ChatGPT.
STOP PAYING MONEY TO THESE CROOKS, THEY ARE NOT RESEARCHERS, THEY FILL THEIR POCKETS WITH YOUR MONEY TO BUY NEW HEADSETS FOR EVERY NEXT INTERVIEW, STOP GETTING FLEECED BY THESE BASEMENT DWELLERS AND CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TODAY.
SemiAnalysis: Datacenters
SemiAnalysis sees 51.2GW of datacenter capacity being added in 2027.
"Year-to-date, slightly under USD 1T of binding / non-cancellable datacenter leases have been signed – that’s key to supporting our aggressive 2027-28 forecast."
SemiAnalysis claims Brad Gerstner's @altcap claim of only 25GW being built in 2027 is incorrect, based on satellite images showing >24GW of datacenters in advanced stage of construction, all to be delivered in 2027.

A horrific Russian strike in the Kharkiv region. A “shahed” struck people directly – in a park near an ordinary café. Pure atrocity. Six people were killed, including children. A little girl was killed in a stroller – her name was Angelina, she was just over a year old, born in August 2025… Her mother’s name was Inna. She died in the hospital… Another girl who was killed was 11 years old. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Another 14 people were injured, including six more children.
I am grateful to everyone who supports Ukraine under these circumstances and helps us shoot down “shaheds,” shoot down missiles, and stop Russian assaults. These are horrific photos, but behind them are shattered lives and the truth about this war. Lives must be protected. Ukraine needs air defense. You can't think about making money with Russia as long as it continues its asinine war. We ask that sanctions on Russia stay in place as long as the killings continue. We ask America to be strong, and we ask it to apply the Lindsey Graham law. We ask Europe to continue its support. We ask that everything possible be done to bring peace and guarantee security. Ukraine wants peace. It is Russia that has insisted on continuing the killing all this time. The world has enough strength to stop the war. That strength must finally be used – against the murderers.

A lot of questions this week on funding, so here's how a GPU typically gets funded at $IREN.
First, the customer signs a multi-year take-or-pay contract and agrees to a prepayment. On our recent 3-year contracts, prepayments have been 45% to 55% of the associated GPU capex.
Second, financing is committed, secured by the contracted GPUs. On the Microsoft contract we secured an A-rated facility at around 6%, which together with prepayments covers 96% of GPU capex. More recently, for a non-investment grade counterparty at Mackenzie, we secured financing at 9% fixed, which together with prepayments covers more than the full cost of the GPUs.
That's the GPU side. The data centers are a separate, long-term asset base, and we own the ones our GPUs run in. Construction has been funded from cash to date, with no debt against these multi-billion dollar assets. As they come online with contracted customers, they can support financing in their own right.
The processes behind the next facilities are continuing, and new paper will cost what the market charges. With GPU paybacks of around two years on our recent 3-year contracts, a wider spread barely moves the economics.
There's more customer demand than we can build for. As we noted at our recent earnings, 2026 is largely sold out, recent 3-year contracts are at more than double the prior year's pricing, and demand for anything we can bring online in 2027 covers it several times over, with prepayments a focus in every negotiation. Conversations on 2028 capacity are already underway.
Meanwhile announced capacity keeps slipping across the industry, which is the point: signing deals isn't the bottleneck in this market, bringing GPUs online is, and that's our focus.

$IREN: Madrid Sponsorship
I’m not a fan of sponsorships but @OInvests makes a great point that Spain’s PM Perez is former Madrid city council, former Ministry of Transport, Chairman of ACS, one of the world's largest construction and infrastructure groups, and has the biggest box at Real Madrid stadium.
Looking at the cost, IREN is not Real Madrid’s primary sponsor nor equipment sponsor as those contracts are not up yet. A regular partner sponsor is 7.5m/yr which is stomach-able for me considering IREN has to guarantee their Spain site doesn’t get bogged down in regulation.
My aunt has brought me to her business deals in China when I was a kid visiting for the summer and sometimes, money greases wheels. Spain, these days, unfortunately, seems like it has 2000s China level corruption going on.
$IREN: Do you understand who Florentino Pérez is?
> Former politician: Madrid city council and the Ministry of Transport during Spain's transition to democracy
> Chairman of ACS, one of the world's largest construction and infrastructure groups
> Host of the Bernabéu presidential box, famously where Spain's business and political elite meet
Not a bad network for a company building data centres in Spain.

$IREN just became an official Real Madrid sponsor only four months after its Golden State Warriors jersey deal.
The timing is interesting because IREN has already secured 490 MW of power in Spain as it builds out its AI cloud presence across Europe.

EXCLUSIVE: Elon Musk came to Donald Trump with the plan to throttle Ukraine’s use of SpaceX’s Starshield satellite internet network, sources have told the Telegraph.
The tech billionaire made the proposal during the US President’s row with Volodymyr Zelensky over strikes on Russian oil refineries.
‘The reality is that they were both in it,’ a senior source said of Musk’s and Trump’s involvement.
But after a night of carnage in Kyiv caused by the slowdown, Musk was alarmed about the possibility of adverse consumer reaction in Europe.
The SpaceX boss then proceeded to tweet, blaming the US administration, and ultimately, President Trump for authorising the slowdown.
‘He tweeted out that he was innocent and that it was the US administration that did it,’ the source said.

We don’t use Starlink for our responses inside Russia. We use Starlink to intercept jet-powered “shaheds” that attack our civilians and kill families.
Starlink wasn’t turned off – its speed was reduced. And when the speed was reduced, we were unable to intercept a certain number of jet-powered “shaheds.” We couldn’t use a tool that helps protect people. That’s very painful and frustrating.
We also use Starlink for mid-range strikes against enemy military targets in our temporarily occupied territories. We couldn’t do that when the restrictions were in place. And third, what matters most is people. Our warriors, who spend weeks and months on the front line, receive food and water delivered by drones using Starlink.
Has the speed been fully restored to what it was before? No. Is it being restored now? Yes.

$IREN Status of H2
Timelines
From two separate sources, one is a 2nd degree source and the other is a 3rd degree source, MSFT is requesting changes to H1's networking topology. By extension, this topology will be need to be cabled for H2-4. The re-cabling on H2 was given a timeline of 45 days while H1 will be re-cabled while running workloads aka billing and that process was given a timeline of 4 months. H3 will be delivered with H4 as a supercluster, H4 hasn't begun cabling and will maintain December timeline.
H1 recabling will take much longer than H2 because H1 is already accepted so the changes will be made during maintenance window in stages. H1 will be running live workloads and billing.
I'm not sure when the 45 days started but H2 will be delivered either late Nov or Early Dec.
Both H3 and H4 will be delivered as a super cluster Dec.
What's the Issue
This request comes after acceptance test while running workloads on H1 but before the supercluster networking before H1 and H2. The issue was described as networking bandwidth between racks within a scaleable unit. All of H1 counts 1 scalable unit.
Networking physical distances are not as sensitive as Cray supercomputer days and spec is around 50 meters. This is important because it means that racks will not need to be moved, aka no changes to liquid cooling pipes or power distribution components.
Cabling does take a long time because there are literally hundreds of thousands of cables that need to carefully cabled as wrong cable will take more time debugging than getting it right in the first place. The cabling team used for H1-4 too. However, internally the deadline is still 2026.
Who is at Fault
MSFT is a very large company with multiple team. Their bare metal team signed off because IREN met Nvidia DSX specs. However MSFT platform team when deploying software need a specific topology for their workload and was not communicated to the bare metal team. This explanation is based on the fact that this was not a test case in acceptance testing and found more than 1 month after acceptance and usage began. During this one month, it's likely that platform team deployed and only now did MSFT's AI research team started running workloads.
Between IREN, Dell, MSFT - it's most likely MSFT's platform team did not gather requirements from MSFT's research team and did not relay the full requirements to MSFT's bare metal team. Dell is paid for cabling based on MSFT specs.
And no, there cannot be one huge stress test to have maximized traffic between every rack within the SU because the networking bandwidth is maximized for workload traffic patterns. Every rack pair cannot simultaneously get each rack’s full bandwidth. Different topology maximizes for different workloads. IREN's supercluster topology is most likely rail-optimized, non blocking fat-tree.

BREAKING: Ukraine to restart major strikes on Russia's oil refineries, with Zelensky declaring "The block on attacking refineries is out. We're done," per the FT.
Zelensky says the reason for the restart is Trump lying to him by deliberately blocking Starlink but presenting it to Kyiv as a "technical glitch," as well as telling Ukraine that the missed ballistic missile warnings earlier this week was due to "bad weather," which killed 6.
"It was not a technical problem, it was the will," from Trump, he says.
He also slammed Trump's eagerness to strike a diesel deal with Russia and Trump's apparent admiration for Putin, saying Trump has an instinctive affinity for autocrats and the super-wealthy. "He speaks about it openly and loudly that he loves such people and he respects such people," Zelensky says.

28.1 miles on Mars, powered by Rocket Lab hardware.
NASA's Perseverance rover has now driven 28.1 miles (45.2 km) across the Red Planet in just five and a half years, breaking an off-world driving record that took Opportunity nearly 15 years to set.
Rocket Lab solar panels powered Perseverance's cruise to Mars, then on the surface, Rocket Lab Robotics (formerly Motiv Space Systems) hardware helps turn those miles into science — from the Mastcam-Z camera mechanisms that zoom in on targets, to the 7-foot robotic arm placing instruments against Martian rock with sub-millimeter precision.
Every mile is another step in the search for signs of ancient life.
