Had a great week at the AAU Junior Olympic Games! It was great competing against some of the best teams in the country. and I also hit a 54 second split in the 4x4. @TheJustinCannon @BrandonWaites @Rouse_Track @RouseRaidersFB #AAUJROGames

On Monday I ran the last race of my summer season, the 400mh at the AAU Junior Olympics. The race wasn’t as good as I hoped, but I’m still proud of what I accomplished this season, especially the fact that I improved by 5 whole seconds this summer. A lot to work on for school szn
