Any chance you can enlighten me as to why I haven't had internet for 18 hours now, and why your website continues to say nothing about it, despite me specifically raising the lack of information with your support staff about 7 hours ago?
After more than 25 hours my internet connection was restored some time between 3:15 and 4:30am last night.
At 3:15am there was still nothing on the @Internode website to indicate there was an outage, even though it was *allegedly* affecting thousands of people...
