Among 333 patients (177 controls, 156 intervention), baseline characteristics were comparable. At six weeks, continence recovery was significantly higher in the digital program group (83.3% vs. 68.4%, p=0.002), with markedly reduced need for postoperative physiotherapy for persistent incontinence (27.5% vs. 58.8%, p<0.001). Although not statistically significant, the intervention group also showed trends toward fewer complications, unplanned visits, and reoperations, with more same-day discharges and higher patient satisfaction.
