We tested the Amazon MCF & Buy with Prime Shopify app. Amazon Support confirmed it only supports manually created flat rates and has no workaround. MCF later charges variable costs by order/SKU/quantity. For real Shopify orders, this is not workable. #AmazonMCF #Shopify

The issue is not only third-party rate apps. Amazon MCF already calculates the real cost by SKU/quantity when an MCF order is created in Seller Central. The Shopify app simply does not expose that same Amazon pricing logic at checkout, before the customer pays.
