here's to @10DowningStreet digesting @UNESCO's ICPRCP decision on this matter: it is intergovernmental. A decision taken at ICPRCP's 22nd session, 29 September 2021. PM Andy Burnham has the ability to address this issue properly, after all Greece's ask is wholly justified.
