They also made a variety of salsas including cheese, guacamole, chocolate and dulce de leche.
The team learnt a role play which they performed to an amazingly high standard. We wish them well as they compete alongside a number of other schools in NI.

Today some of our Year 10 pupils participated in the annual Hispanofest competition organised by QUB. Maddi Bishop, Peter Cochrane, Evie McKeown and John Oluteye, as well as a team of willing helpers, chose a Mexican theme and set up a trade stand to sell churros.

This decision is a mistake. SSUNI have written to CCEA proposing the omission of writing exams instead.
