So after the Terafab announcement info yesterday and still being in Houston I drove out to the planned site. This is the entrance for where they will be building it. Unfortunately wasn’t allowed to go any further on the road. It’s the site for an old decommissioned power plant

Well Alaskan nightmare happened this morning. Wife was on her way to work on FSD when a moose came out of the woods. FSD reacted before she could but moose changed the direction at last minute and impact. The fact that the moose died and the Model Y is still driving is a testament to @Tesla Safety. Will have to get it to Anchorage as there is only one Tesla approved body shop in the state. Wife is okay. @BeardedTesla @28delayslater @itskyleconner

Look what has arrived in Fairbanks AK for cold weather testing.

Well it’s -35 here in Fairbanks AK today and been doing some testing with out 7 seat MY. At this temp it’s not efficient the Whr/mi is up in like Cyber Beast range and just to get the battery nearly preheated drove 40 miles from town back to house and back to town and got at first some some decent charge speed only for it to settle in at 26 kWh holding steady. The cold can be brutal on EVs

Finally getting it in time for tonight’s winter storm. Let’s put it through the paces.
