The Crossover is back! I had a fun time putting this edition together on $GOOG.
This is a complex situation, but I ultimately lean bullish due to the prospects of Waymo, YouTube, and belief that they will be able to evolve Google Search.

While I am very sad that Myles Garrett has requested a trade, I think this is the right move for him.
Myles has given his heart and soul to the organization and city for 8 years. He will be a Cleveland legend forever and the organization should grant his request.

I do think that $GOOG Waymo is a real disrupter to $UBER.
I wrote about my bullishness for Waymo recently.
The question to me - which makes Uber interesting - is how long it takes Waymo to get to not just scale but serious scale? I think longer than people expect...

Simply put -- $3B in expected FCF over next 3 years at ~$7.5B MC really intrigues me.

I think Hinge is a phenomenal asset, but have concerns around Tinder.
The nice thing is market, IMO, market is already taking this into account...
