I don't have designer hours after bedtime.
Prompts in Notion + AI beat another 45-minute Canva spiral that still gets "looks okay."

No drip of fake urgency. Just the tool.
Stop treating every video like a brand-new project.
Most of my early videos started from zero: new doc, new checklist, new "where did I put that idea?"
What changed things for me wasn't a better tip.
It was one board that every video moves through, step by step:
Idea → To Package → To Script → To Film → To Edit → To Review → To Upload → To Schedule → Live.
Small thing: I'm launching a Notion template on Fri 30 Oct.
It's the workspace I use to run my YouTube channels around a job and two kids.
Between now and then I'll share how it's built, what I cut, and what I'm unsure about. No hype, just the build.

Most creator advice assumes you have a free Saturday.
I don’t.
I have school drop-off, a job, and a short evening window that disappears if dinner runs long.
So the question that actually matters isn’t “what’s the perfect system?”
It’s: what’s the smallest useful step that still fits on a tired Thursday?
If you’re building around real life too — what’s your smallest useful step this week?
I have a full-time job, 2 kids, and two monetized YouTube channels.
The thing that nearly killed my consistency was not a lack of ideas.
It was trying to run every part of the channel from memory.
So I stopped treating every upload like a brand-new project.
I use one operating loop:
Capture → Package → Produce → Publish → Learn
The system remembers the work, so I do not have to.
Spent the afternoon watching ponies do the only content strategy they respect: eat grass, stay calm, repeat.
Meanwhile I’m mapping next week’s X plan in Notion.
That’s the point of systems: the work keeps moving while life is actually happening.
Enjoying some quality time with the people who matter most.
No lesson today.
Just family time — the whole point of building systems that buy back time.
Run proof, not motivation talk.
Busy parent creators don't find time for health. We choose what gets protected first.
Today it was one lap around Trekanten before the day stole the calendar back.
I'm starting a public promise today.
Twice a week, I'll run around Trekanten. Photo proof on X.
Because if I can't keep a promise to my own health, why should I trust myself with bigger promises in business, family, or life?
I used to think routines meant doing the same perfect thing every day.
Now I have 2 kids, school mornings, work, content, and a Notion business.
A good routine is simpler:
It survives the messy days without making you feel like you failed.
Post-vacation work tip for parent creators:
Don’t try to “catch up” at lunch.
Pick the 3 emails that unblock people.
Move one creator/business task forward.
Leave the rest in the pile where it was already living rent-free.
