Sick female juror in #Urestitrial has been excused over objections of lawyers for @CarlosUresti and Gary Cain. Doctor confirmed she has the flu. Juror has been replaced by first alternate juror, a woman. The trial resumes after about an 80-minute delay.

In #Urestitrial, Senior U.S. District Judge David Ezra is instructing sick juror to call her doctor to find out whether she can continue as a juror. If she can't, judge said he will excuse her. Trial temporarily on hold.
