Prophet, they don’t know how much you serve us. They have no idea how low you go to serve us (even to serve people who fight you). If they do, they’d understand why some of us think you’re the greatest. You serve us sir. You’re the greatest.

Imagine hating slavery but defending books that permit it. The Stockholm Syndrome is super real!

Spot on. I don't know why christians are surprised, many scholars agree that Paul of Tarsus contradicts the historical Jesus, listen to what Bart Ehrman said 🤷🏻
Kay Podgee, a popular Atheist- turned- 'Christian' content creator with 730k followers on FB, 142k on YT, and 340k on Insta, explains that *Paul is the false apostle that Jesus warned about in the book of Revelation.* The heresy is off the wall with this one.

For those asking why I no longer believe—here are the specific doctrines and difficulties I could no longer reconcile. Subsitutionary atonement The concept of eternal torment The improbability of a resurrection or miracles The hiddeness of god (mainly in my own life) The lack of change in the lives of Christians The problem of random, and unnecessary suffering The lack of unity in Christianity I am aware all Christians don't share the views on these, some don't even see issues.…. but I was raised evangelical Christian and they embrace or explain them away as part of their theology. The fact Christians don't agree is the last problem. Please don't feel the need to give me a refresher course on the apologetics. I know those all too well.

This reminded me of an encounter I had with some evangelist few days ago. I understood that trying to point out irregularities from bible is pointless, instead I "juxtapose their life and lived experience" with the absurd claims of Christianity.

I understood the analogy perfectly. You're saying I'm the bitter leaf and the Bible is the innocent rain. But analogies don't establish truth. Neither does quoting more scripture. I'm questioning the authority of the Bible itself, and you're still using it to prove its own authority. That's the circle I'm no longer interested in running around.

First, I ask "Why should I give my life to christ, (this is a cud all SHEEPS won't hesitate to chew), boastfully, the claims of "what god cannot do does not exist" rents the air. Second, I juxtapose their actual claims with lived experience and the absurdities becomes glaring.

It becomes harder when I Cite real examples and how their god failed, and the mental gymnastics they displayed was indeed hilarious. The conversation caught the attention of passerby and the smirk on their faces was a win for common sense.

Science will continue discovering new realities about the universe while religion will continue inventing new excuses.

Christians who believe their god saved or healed them while letting others die are narcissistic and delusional.

This verse is unironically one of the major reasons why I left religion cause there's no way a loving god willingly created those babies born with congenital defects that suffer excruciating pain every second of their lives
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you." Jeremiah 1:5
