Akros Anti-cheat Hotfix Patch (2.30.47.308_LIVE) Changes • Added IOMMU compatibility warning for AM4 or older AMD processors • Changed risk restrictions to require Windows 11 version 24H2 or newer (instead of 25H2) If you receive the IOMMU compatibility warning, you're still allowed to play without updating. But updating to a version of Windows that is stable on your hardware is highly recommended.

Akros Hotfix Patch A critical patch has been released to avoid system bug check INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE (0x7B) on machines using Intel® Rapid Storage Technology for their NVME RAID array setup. Akros Anti-Cheat Update (2.29.44.302_LIVE) Changes • Minimum supported Windows 10 version is now 22H2 (Build 19045). • Improved protection against malicious DMA hardware. • General anti-cheat enhancements and security improvements. To ensure compatibility with our DMA protection mechanisms, Akros now requires Windows 10 version 22H2 (Build 19045) or later. Players running older versions of Windows 10 should update their systems to continue receiving full support. Windows Update instructions: support.microsoft.com/en-us/… Windows 11 Requirement for Certain Players Players who are designated as risk restricted or are required to use Tournament Mode will eventually need to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. If you participate in VRS events protected by Akros and are still using Windows 10, we strongly recommend upgrading to Windows 11 as soon as possible to ensure continued eligibility and uninterrupted participation in future events.

Akros Anti-cheat Update (2.29.44.301_LIVE) • General anti-cheating improvements • Fixed: Bug that caused client to believe IOMMU was off for older consumer motherboards • Fixed: Bugs in networking code that used more bandwidth than absolutely necessary • Fixed: HVCI flags check tweaked to not require strict mode, some BIOS firmware may not support the strict flags • Automated risk restriction for known cheaters (past or present) active again (kb.akros.ac/hc/en-us/article…) • Once you enable Tournament Mode and requirements are met, the mode will remain on for your machine indefinitely (kb.akros.ac/hc/en-us/article…) • More Windows 10 users may be required to enable Secure boot and TPM 2.0 if it is not enabled (5% chance up from the previous 1% chance) • Akros no longers permits silent failure for auto update procedures (ex: Error #107: Failed to perform automatic update.)
