Akretion is the 3rd most active @OdooCommunity contributor for the 2nd time. Contributions are balanced between the Brazilian and the French teams (specially @rvalyi and @alexisdlattre). We also see new big contributors in Brazil with Escodoo and Engenere!

Our board member @kiketobella provided #OCA stats from the last 13y. Interesting insights! Many thanks to the top contributors for many years @acsone_sa @Akretion @camptocamp @ForgeFlow @tecnativa who make the strength of our community!
On the last few days I made a small personal project that imports all github data from @OdooCommunity and allows us to make a small analysis of the Pull Requests. I found a lot of interesting insights.

Our @Akretion team is really excited to participate to the #OcaDays2024 ! So great to see all the friends from the #odoo community, and discover new modules and features 💜👾💜
15 years ago @rvalyi was anouncing his intention to move from Paris to Rio and start a small consulting company specialized in open source extensions for OpenERP in Brazil... He would create Akretion 5 months later! #thebeginning
Back in 2010, OpenERP code was pretty very bad... So we preferred extending OpenERP outside of its runtime... Fortunately the OpenERP/Odoo code improved a lot and nowadays it's even a good framework. Akretion is now between the 3rd and the 4th OCA module contributor worldwide...
as for the Brazilian localization for OpenERP/Odoo, well, @renatonlima became by far the most active contributor in commits while @rvalyi contributed the largest amount of lines. We co-created the @OdooCommunity foundation to protect it. It is now the largest OCA project!

Proud to have started the Brazilian #Odoo localization nearly 15 years ago. It is now simply the most active OCA project! Well, it doesn't mean it is easy, it rather means we are fighting well against the craziest fiscal bureaucracy!
