Founder's Unfair Advantage
Joined December 2021
one of the biggest problems founders face is getting their product in front of the right people. and we're solving this in just 14 days founders pay for distribution, but too often they end up borrowing fake distribution and wonder why growth needle doesn't move in addition, they post, share updates, talk about their product but still right people don't know who they are and why they should care That's what we're fixing with this 14 day founder sprint the goal isn't generating impressions, its the actual outcome, which is getting in front of the right people and turning that attention into real conversions
Introducing a 14 day founder distribution. I activate your brand around your next major milestone and create 5 conversations with your mapped audience. It’s strictly for infra/protocol founders who have a major milestone coming in the next 3-6 months. you get: - A clear founder position in your market you can own - 40-50 target mapped authority individuals; funds, BD leads, partners, builders, etc. - 5 active qualified conversations - 90-day founder exposure roadmap - 7 days of the system run live by me: content, replies, outreach to show you how the distribution looks in action - distribution system that can run fuel your upcoming milestone Assets you keep: 1. Your Mapped Audience 40-50 People, each target is mapped by: -who they are -why they matter -what they care about -existing connection paths -best approach -priority approach 2. A Positioning Doc which can help you own a specific market in your niche 3. Distribution Playbook Built for you specifically - content Strategy - content frameworks designed towards your goal - content Bank and content guide - reply frameworks - outreach playbook; Conversation openers and approaches, drafts msgs for your mapped audience - 90 day roadmap that turns these 14 days into a long-term founder distribution 2 things I promise: → If day 1 of the complete audit doesn’t show you the leaks and the major gaps we can fix, you get the full refund. → If you don’t get 5 conversations by day 14, I’ll add another 2 weeks to the sprint at no extra cost and you get a 50% refund. Read the second post in this thread for a full breakdown of these 14 days. Now, Why me: → Helped a founder secure a $100K grant from Polygon → got an agency owner 20+ inbound conversations and a deal with a respected founder → built my own brand to cross $40K+ in revenue while working part time. never spent a “$” for marketing. → Built network across hundreds of web3 founders, BDs, and creators Only have 2 spots for this. If I were launching a crypto project today Here's what I'd do to make it successful: 1). Make a list of 10 projects targeting the same icp -study their narrative and understand what works and what didn't -go through their posts with the most meaningful discussions -look for recurring complaints, unanswered questions, and problems people keep bringing up 2). Group those problems into 3-5 categories -create content addressing those problems -show them why existing solutions leave the problem unsolved -track which topics attract relevant founders, users, and potential customers -identify patterns through the analysis -and built a narrative around it through repetitive quality angles thats how I'd warmed up my targeted icp and built narrative around them solving the problem they're facing

we generated 700k impressions for a client in 34 days and 12 high quality founders conversations here's how i did it: i created a private list of 100 quality founders who are building valuable things instead of engaging with everyone -i started spending more time with these founders -adding meaningful thoughts to their posts -and building genuine relationships i also became more selective about what I consumed i stopped wasting time on recycled takes, shallow news updates, and accounts that rarely shared anything useful or added real thoughts to the space i wanted to learn from people who were building, thinking deeply, and sharing things worth discussing. i wasn't consistent every single day. but the days I showed up, I made the effort count, and the results are visible from my real experience: volume matters a lot, for quality, but vol without real thoughts is waste when you put in the work, pay attention to what happens, and learn from your past efforts, you start seeing what works and what needs to change. -that's how you improve. -that's how you build genuine connections. -that's how you turn attention into something valuable you don't need to be everywhere or talk to everyone you need to spend your time in the right places, with the right people, and keep getting better at what you do. let's keep building
its been 20 days and the growth i have pulled on my clients account is insane 460k impressions above 200 new connections and helped build 5 new founders connections in dms started with nothing but with a simple and serious strategy worked on it, relentlessly and even in between those 20 days i fkd up 5 days and did nothing but for sure, october is going to be insane, gonna get more heavy on it!!

fk it man, my client's last post performed so well that it grabbed 3 quality quotes from real new readers 8 bookmarks and 87 responses btw it wasn't any announcement, news, update, or any memecoins shill etc these were my raw thoughts i learned from the client, from the work he do, and doing more research in what he do i think... the more you learn client's vision, their goals, their pov the more better results you can bring!!
things that helps me serve clients better: never start with what should i post, start with, what does this person know that their audience needs to hear? -understand the client -understand the audience -find the clients unique knowledge -turn experiences into ideas -make every post serve a purpose -try to leave room for conversation don't try to make client sound smart, try to make their thinking, knowledge and experience visible my client’s recent post did 5,300 impressions and 22 replies numbers are nice, but the bigger win is finding a repeatable way to turn what they already know into content people want to respond to

if you're trading memecoins these are the extractors you're feeding through fees through your liquidity through copytrading through call outs through paid shilling groups etc and scamming on chain is getting very normal people anyhow are accepting it and moving on these guys strategies are way out of your thinking lots of traders who lose money already know And lots of traders never learn...
PUMPFUN IS REWARDING SCAMMERS! ...is what I would say if it were true Given the amount of takes surrounding a completely manipulated Callout Rewards table over the past day, I thought it's best if we give you data straight from the source. Below is a table which ranks the biggest earners alongside the exact same filters used in the table from that post - with one VERY important caveat: We INTENTIONALLY removed any callouts over 500m for illustrative purposes, which completely skews the average MC of all these users' last 100 callouts to the downside (sorry) Additionally, for the sake of the KOLs that I am exposing, I added a column for their average callout, since the previous author intentionally used median to hurt the optics of their callouts. I expect there to be some cherrypicking with some of the people on this list, but the fact remains: for as many 'bad traders' we reward, there are countless GREAT traders who deserve every penny they receive in rewards Building the most lucrative creator payouts program was never going to be an easy feat, and one of our main objectives continues to be rewarding ethical traders who are safe for users on our app, but we will get there eventually. If you are a good trader, you're entitled to a huge share of these rewards. Join Pumpfun now to be automatically enrolled in Callout Rewards.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The table of top earners includes 0xEthan despite onchain evidence of linked side wallets buying before his public callouts and selling shortly after. x.com/bubblemaps/sta… x.com/bandosei/statu…

my client's post hit 17500 views in 24 hours it wasn't any product announcement, its a founder's brand so it was founder's experience shared by me, something that a lot of builders must learn about and readers loved it, and showed their love a lot more is yet to cover... having daily conversation with client, trying to understand everything they want, their vision, goal, experiences, opinions etc still putting in more work, still trying to understand the founder better. this is just the beginning xitter.cf/Akhilweb3/status/21045…

. @nikitabier, head of product at X, has stepped down But the scammers impersonating him using familiar x accounts names, haven’t

you can't grow on x if you aren't doing this -giving conversational replies -posting valuable posts niche aligned -connecting people genuinely -supporting eachother thats it... do this for 3 months and thank me later
this strategy worked extremely well for my client: -find the right icp -get visible in front of em -build around one narrative -building genuine connections -track what works now looking at my own analytics should i just copy what worked, or am i missing something completely different when it's my own account?

My friend told me growing on X is very hard but his problem was something else had a conversation with one of my old creator friend he said, you need to handle this all... - the editing, , finding ideas everyday, branding, designs, distribution, partnerships, sales etc and i thought bro is thinking this much about these things thats why its getting hard for him to grow i told him exactly this, you don't need this all shit to handle.. you just need to know what actually moves the brand, don't scatter your focus, thats it and do that, things will start working still he's stuck, what should i tell him?

so you're telling me to be a founder, you need to know: your ICP, marketing, design, pricing, positioning, fundraising, sales, distribution what if you're wrong about half of this? imo, you need to know what you're building, who you're building it for, and what you want to achieve. then hire people who are better than you at the rest from my real experience, founder skill must be knowing what you they don't know and finding the right people to solve it

worked with the project, whose product wasn't ready and raised above $1.3m at launch -a team reached us asking for distribution and brand management -they had no product ready -just clear vision and a clear goal -we built founder account and linked the brand account in the bio -worked day n night on building structure and positioning -built their positioning, authority and presence in the market -people started knowing who this guy is and what they're building -when they launched, they didn't have to explain the product from zero -there was audience already craving for it then the launch happened, raised $1.3m and it was all work of just 3 months the initial hype cooled down, as it always does. but they're still generating revenue
builders spend years building product and you are saying, they shouldn't be building product first!! however, you're right on this but the thing is most builders think distribution starts when the product is ready... so they start building, and believing they'll create hype near launch through kols, partnerships, promotions etc then that launch gets close, the pressure kicks in, and in rush they end up renting fake attention numbers instead, the same amount they could spend months ago, to build genuine audience who tell them, distribution is the part of the product in rush, they don't get to know what's their icp, what their icp care about, where they hang out, and why it matters to them... eventually, they do just launch formalities, that has no edge

now that ive used a very simple and useful strategy to grow my clients account its performing very well the strategy is: -make three lists, 1)established targetd big people, 2)strong targeted, 3) small targeted accounts -list out some of the best targeted people of different category -engage with them(no ai shit replies... only personalized valuable replies -create content that resonate with my clients core narrative and establish their positioning -making connections with the people who can partner with my client and push their ecosystem -and tracking weekly performance to understand what's underperforming and whats working good rest depends on the execution of this strategy till we are working together!!

520k impressions in 30 days, and I still wouldn't call this a growth win 30 days ago, we started working on my client's profile. since then: -520k impressions -20 conversations initiated from targeted founders -a lot more people now know who the person is and what they stand for but we didn't spend the month chasing impressions. we worked on the positioning. -what should this person be known for? -what should people associate with the account? -who actually needs to see the content? -what conversations are worth entering? -what kind of people do we want to build relationships with? because 560k impressions from the wrong audience means nothing for a founder while 20 right conversations can open doors that 2m impressions never will. and we're still not done, the next phase isn't just about getting more reach. it's about turning that attention into: > genuine connections > establishing authority > attracting inbounds > more opportunities > and eventually, revenue thats what growth looks like to me, impressions are just number, it wont get counted until rev is not moving btw would you measure a personal brand by impressions, conversations, or business generated?

My client's post hit 90,000 views in 48 hours It was a product announcement We hit those numbers because we did the opposite of what most brands do to announce something: Instead of posting corporate slop full of "we're thrilled and excited to announce" and PR copy We turned the announcement into a story A story that grabbed the reader's hand and walked them through the journey and vision we wanted them to realize We made the reader feel immersed in and compelled by what we were announcing Brands and founders: Kill the boring copy that makes your content sound like a PR article Trust me

my unpopular opinion is that most people shouldn't be building products... they should be building distribution channels instead many X accounts on here don't sell anything & pull in $100k+/month in brand deals a YT channel i cofounded a few months ago is already on $100k/mo in brand deals the market is flooded with freshly funded startups & they all want one thing... attention

this is how you close clients in crypto without begging for a reply first of all, don't start with direct msg first: -find your icp, so that you dont' have to waste time chasing random shit people -cuz most random ppl will say no so, you and your time will get fkdup -make list of 10-20 targets second: -build connections with them -give valuable replies -give shoutout, quote their posts -support them -study what they do, gain as much as info you can third: -now they've seen you often in their tl, now they know you(you're in safe zone) -find the actual problem -tell them what you noticed -point out the problem -explain what you’d change -show them relevant work if you have it try to make the convo abt their problem not your service let the dm happen naturally, by continuing a relationship that already exists thats how you close

I think this $200 plan is a bet against ai obsolescence You’re not paying for today’s model You’re paying to avoid having to predict which model, agent, workflow or capability will matter six months from now. That changes what a subscription represents And I’m not sure users have fully priced that in yet
Hi, Tomorrow we are re-opening the Pro $200 subscriptions to new subscribers, but together with it we are also changing how we calculate the usage for it. In effect, if you do the math, it will net out at half the dollar in API spend compared to the old Pro $200 plan. Now that it's said, let me explain why this is happening and why you will still get more work done than if you were on the Pro $200 subscription one month ago. (a) We didn't want to compromise in other ways and are committing to not reintroducing the 5h limit, so that you can fully use the weekly usage when you want. (b) On the subscription, we guarantee that over time you always get more work done and with an increasing level of quality. This means that you will continue to get more value per dollar spent as a result of models getting more efficient and us passing down the improvements in the form of API price reductions. (c) We don't want to put an incentive on ourselves to artificially inflate the API list prices to make it look like you are getting a lot (and workaround it through discounts, etc). Instead we want to continue to both rapidly reduce prices and increase capabilities of models on the API. This week we introduced GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna at 50% of their previous price. Over time, we see prices go low enough that it makes sense for most to buy usage as needed without there being a significant gap between what you get in a subscription and what you get in the API for a dollar spent. (d) Tomorrow, we are adding more things to the subscription that won't draw on the usage, I won't reveal what that is yet. I wanted to be transparent before all the big announcements tomorrow. Lots of new exciting things are coming to the subscriptions that will make it super compelling, but I wanted to make sure to share this change ahead of time so you can all understand it before we shower you with good news. Codexingly, Tibo
