Carrick will never learn. Andre Santos and Tilemaans midfield doesn't work but he is forcing it.

You missed the point. Does having a challenger equal to results of bad governance?
The pattern is clear, once a governor completes second term, the contest is always intense. Check all the states mentioned, same scenarios with exception of KD which case is very peculiar.
Would you love your children to go and live in the shitty place shown below in the name of camping? The state government should discharge their duty by upgrading the camp facilities.

No, the Quran does not use the word "disgusting" or any equivalent term of degradation regarding menstruation.
Instead, the Quran addresses menstruation as a "harm" or "condition of discomfort" advising a temporary pause in marital intimacy until purification occurs.

Why wasn't all these decisions taken before the project started. People would definitely ask questions when you deviate from what you promised them. You don't just put people off because they ask why.
As a civil engineer, I find it surprising that people who have no engineering training will boldly fault engineering design decisions without understanding the background reason.
The real question any critic should ask is: are the reasons behind this design change genuine?
You are laughing with emojis because you are looking at a mega-infrastructure project through the lens of a tailor.
A road route is not drawn in permanent ink. The diversion of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway from the immediate shoreline is not a mistake; it is a calculated decision based on very practical realities.
First, the original route directly clashed with the landing stations of Nigeria's international submarine cables. Building over them would mean risking a massive internet and telecommunications blackout for the entire country.
Second, sticking strictly to the old coastal line meant the government would have to destroy multi-billion Naira investments, established resorts, and ancestral communities. One of them is Okun-Ajah.
Therefore, diverting the road slightly inland saves the government billions in compensation and protects people's homes and livelihoods.
Again, one thing we must not forget is that the Atlantic Ocean is aggressive. Because of severe coastal erosion, building a permanent highway right on the water's edge is dangerous.
As such, moving the road inward creates a safe buffer against ocean surges so the highway does not wash away in a few years.
Anything outside of this is a political talk. And I am not interested in that.
Engineering is about solving real-world problems. So next time, before you laugh at a structural diversion, understand the facts driving it.
