Who is fooling who here? 🤔 These are the same MPs who passed the figures and approved the Shs 714,300 digital number plate fee. Now they want to act surprised and demand answers about what the money actually buys? Ugandans are not joking subjects. If Parliament approved the fee, MPs should take responsibility for the decisions they pass instead of lamenting after the fact. This is exactly what happens when MPs don’t scrutinise proposals properly and simply sign off on almost everything put before them. We need legislators who read, question and understand what they are approving not ones who complain after the damage is done.
