Suspect sought after theft and altercation Case #: 26-84158 The Windsor Police Service is seeking a suspect following a theft and altercation at a convenience store. Shortly before 7 a.m. on July 28, 2026, officers were dispatched to a panic alarm at a business in the 900 block of Wyandotte Street East. Officers learned that a woman entered the store, placed an item into her backpack, and attempted to leave without paying. When a store employee tried to stop her, a struggle ensued and continued outside the business. During the altercation, the suspect scratched the employee and bit her finger before fleeing the area with the stolen item. The suspect is described as a white female with short blonde hair. At the time of the incident, she was wearing a grey and black long-sleeved shirt, black tights, pink flip flops, and carrying a blue backpack.
