I find the @DefraGovUK statements increasingly absurd The simplest questions to AI show that we running at about 10-20% of the investment needed Either people have lost the plot or they are lying… their own audits have made this really clear

That trig pillar feeling 🙌 This @Team_BMC Peak Area group were lovely people to spend the day with while walking on Kinder Scout yesterday. They took to the peat bogs very well and laughed their way across the moor. #PeakDistrict

I hope this recognition of the wider value of public access to the countryside will be backed by landscape usage plans incorporating encouragement & financial support for landowners & managers to provide MORE access to those areas of land they recommend are used for nature!
