- the bit you see here seems to have been unsigned above, but painted a similar colour blue to the police door
- it seems to have been used as an ancillary office to the main Citizen's Advice office, which is signed, a few doors down (you can see posters in the window were for the Post Office/British Gas's debt help campaign)
