Journal #32 is live and it's our biggest yet. We're sharing the first-ever gameplay footage from Sea Trials, walking through the technology powering our sails, rigging and buoyancy, and taking you behind the scenes of our performance capture sessions in Paris.

We're also introducing La Salamandre, a French bomb vessel and the newest ship in the fleet; confirming the Iles des Saintes as the Sea Trials sailing grounds; launching the new Ahoy.gg website; and shipping the first batch of Captain's Cocked Hats. Sea Trials remains on track for July 2026.
September Developer Journal - Now live!
Our monthly Developer Journal for September is here. This month we discuss the new Journal schedule, showcase our latest addition to the fleet - El Polvorín, and give a progress report across the team.

Ahoy™ ⛵ Live on Kickstarter! retweeted
@AhoyGame promises to be a very special #indiegame . I voiced the official trailer linked in the post below. The team even made this short documentary to immerse yourself in the era ... I might have narrated that too! 👀

We're about to unlock the Fort Siege Mode stretch goal at £500k, and we're so excited to explore all of the work ahead towards Sea Trials and Arena!
Wow, well we did it. We closed at £552k! 690% funded! What an amazing achievement.
Thank you so much for your support and encouragement along the way. Now begins (or continues) the hard work to deliver on our promises and ensure Sea Trials and Arena are the best they can be.
The Kickstarter continues during the Late Pledge period now for a few weeks. We'll keep you updated on when those might close or be replaced by a system on Ahoy.gg.
Thanks to your support, we unlocked 14 of the 18 total stretch goals, and Late Pledges will continue to push us through the Stretch Goal list as support continues.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this journey so far. There is so much more to come!
Ahoy everyone!
We can't quite believe it, but after months and months of planning and weeks of watching the campaign unfold, we are in the final 24 hours of the original 30 day campaign.
Time flies! What a journey it has been. We could never have expected the level of support we've received from you, and we're so incredibly grateful to be given this opportunity.
Your support of Ahoy and what the project stands for is so important to us. History deserves to be told, and the Age of Sail certainly deserves it's time in the spotlight.
Thank you to all of you for your support. ❤️
