A common problem for #scrum teams is user stories that are too big. This session w/ @ChrisSims @ #Agile2021 gives hands-on experience w/ 4 techniques for breaking up stories in ways that are meaningful to stakeholders & deliver business value. Register: bit.ly/3rkPmog

#DCO2019 Thanks @NeilMilliken for highlighting the importance of #diversity & the work that the #Drupal community is doing to support that. Also great shout-out to @ChrisSims in his tweet about supporting high-performing teams.

Never, ever, ever, let story points or velocity be used as a performance metric. Story points and velocity can be really useful to derive predictability, and to compare ease or difficulty. But don’t share points and velocity outside the team. They’re not a performance measure!
