The path from Greendykes Road to the hospital has been closed and ripped up by Persimmon even though the planning permission explicitly states details of rerouting need to be agreed before ‘commencement of development’. We need to protect rights of way.

In the interests of factual balance, can anyone tell me how many violent attacks in the US have now been brought to an end/approx. lives saved vs lives lost as a result of the 2nd Amend. right? Of course, excluding police/military intervention and attacker suicide.
