We are happy to report that our Member Contact Center is back online. Additionally, all branches will observe regular operating hours tomorrow, February 4th.
Our Dallas and Arlington branches will open at 10:00am on Friday, February 3rd. All other branches will have normal operating hours.
Due to inclement weather, our Member Contact Center is currently down. We encourage you to utilize self-service tools such as our mobile app and online banking, where you can access your accounts, make payments, transfer money, and more.
