Internet service providers are the worst... All the promotional periods for new customers. I am not applicable but if I leave for a month I can get the new discount. Seriously? We need more competition still in this space, and allow freedom of access to all houses.

So @askfrontier I have to pay a $10 wireless router fee to use my own router (or I can pay a $10 wireless router lease) because you provide a different service? You provide an ethernet handoff, how is the technology any different? Why am I paying for 2 services?

Also if you have come to an agreement with the FCC to remove this fee in december 2020 why can't I get it removed now versus have to wait for december? Seems broken from a customer standpoint if you already realize you shouldn't be charging the fee.
Looking at picking up a Chromebook for my son to interface with google classroom. Wow the choices nowadays. Needs touch screen, decent performance, not concerned with battery life, not top end price. Any help @RCantw3ll & others?
